The staff was excellent and brought up extra linen for the pull out couch, super respectful, everything was very clean, and it was quiet. The pool was nice and clean not tons of people. The only thing we were disappointed in was the breakfast. Usually this hotel chain has omelets as a part of their breakfast buffet and this location did not. Their breakfast wasn’t that great. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Quiet, clean, and the breakfast was phenomenal. Didn't have much interaction with staff except for the check-in & out process, but he was friendly and courteous.

There was a mix up with rooms upon arrival. Nothing was available after check in time. The room itself was not bad. It was clean and spacious, but the bathroom smelled like puke before I cleaned it. The breakfast options were interesting as well. Convenient location in the middle of Alexandria as well.

The room was clean, the linens in good shape and well maintained. The bathroom had the amenities you come to expect. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers in shower. Hand wash and body lotion dispensers by sink. Room was pretty quiet. Breakfast was tasty, well stocked, with nice variety. Lobby was clean and bright. My second time to stay at this facility and stay was enjoyable both times

Every time we stay at IHG Chalmette, it's a wonderful stay. The staff is friendly, it's always clean. And the amenities are never lacking. Also, we love the new coffee dispensers in the lobby area!
