Marina Inn & Suites Chalmette - New Orleans

The price point after being overcharged with our stay at this location last week. This facility needs more maintenance, more upkeep, paint refreshing- as all of the toilets run constantly ,the shower faucets drip our bathtub was clogged we were told no one available so they provided a plunger for us as long as we came to the front desk to retrieve it then returned it to them after we maintenance their facility. After last week stay we purchased Lysol and cleaning products before checking in, because we knew our room would not be sanitized & cleaned to our standards due to health conditions.

I have nothing negative to say.

The location was great. But nothing else. Floor was soaking wet and the whole room smelt like mold. Bathroom was not cleaned. Just an awful room.

Staff at check-in was the bomb.

Absolutely nothing beside the area‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ The had spider. Tub was a disgrace. Bed had dust around the headboard. Bathroom sink had mildew.toothpaste stuck. No i on in the room. I will never stay here again.

Stains on the sheet, bugs in the bathroom and air conditioner wasn’t working

The front desk did honor my request for an inside room. The shower did not work, the runner in the tub looked like rust was on it, the little compartment for tissue was rusted and overall the hotel smelled like old musty water like maybe somewhere the facility had a leak or water flooded somewhere.
