This was a comfortable place to stay for the night on our trip to Rapid City. There were good restaurants and beautiful views to enjoy. The hotel was clean and had a nice breakfast offered.

Pool small, no hot tub. Bed was hard.

No elevator means lugging bags up and down stairs.

rooms were clean and spacious. helpful staff. overall good value.

This was a home run stay for my sister’s family and I. We stayed one night while doing a cross country trip and it was so much better than what we expected. It’s original, beautiful and a great surprise. I’d definitely stay again. Bargain for your money!

Breakfast area is cramped and disorganized. Warning to anyone handicapped - make sure you get a room on the first floor because there is NO elevator. Decor is nice.

Hotel was conveniently located. Room was clean and comfortable beds.

Room clean, nice breakfast, good pool. Workout room a bit sparse.

Rooms were clean and staff was nice! Pretty well kept property. Only downfall was breakfast. Very bland, milk was sour and just not super impressed. Also one of the entrance doors on the bottom floor did not shut properly so that was a little unsettling as anyone could just walk in through there.

I tried to get a hold of somebody at the property and could only get a hold of artificial intelligence. Nobody to talk to to make decisions. I will not stay at this hotel chain again.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Well stocked breakfast. Fun water slide for the kids. This was a great place to stop on our road trip.

Went to the pool and there was lots of sand in the pool and hot tub. The smell of chlorine was overwhelming in the pool area and hurt your eyes. Overheard other guests saying the same thing. No towels in the pool area either. Won't go back.

Cons: shower lighting awful, treadmill belt loose, too many kids using pool and hot-tub (😂).

It was what we were looking for and an extra fast slide.

Staff was not usually at desk and not around at check out. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
