We stayed here for a nearby wedding. We had been here before and love the public spaces but the rooms are only okay. A bit dated, dark. Beds were comfortable though. The check-in staff was very friendly.

This is a very tired resort that is way overdue for a renovation. The rooms and public areas are outdated, and wear and tear is very visible. The place is clean and functional, but kind of dreary. The pool is nice, but the restaurants area is noisy and unpleasant, and the food is mediocre at best. It is such a beautiful area, and I can imagine skiing could be nice in winter, but they can do so much better.

The check in was lengthy, there were groups checking in so had to wait. There were pieces of cleaning cloth all over the sink by the fridge. Shower needs an upgrade b/c the inside and out of it are worn. Why arent there any exhaust fans in the bathrooms? The room way good except for that. The food is disgusting.. need to hire kitchen staff that know how to prepare food from scratch. The coffee in the room is worst I've ever had. Most menu items are deep fried. I threw up 4 times the fri night & 3 times sunday morning, No alcohol involved. Def not pregnant either, strictly greasy food. The shops close at 5 !!! Neither of the swimming pools were heated & the hot tub jets barely functioned. Btw. Getting to the hot tub area is not presentable for guests, thought we were heading out back by the garbage or something. The steps have algi & slippery. Also, they are not handicap accessable. Buy needed scooters or golf carts for seniors with handicaps to get around, & more signage for which way to get to places. Who prices water & soft drinks in the vending machines?!? $9.00! Staff needs to be trained to treat ppl how they want to be treated when they are on vacation. Young Pool boy/lifeguard, when I asked for towels, and he was holding fresh ones, said I could get them "right there" pointing, I thought, I can get them, Or you could just hand me a few that you're holding & have less to fold". I guess he's not too bright. Im a local who wont be back. Sad.

Everything was updated and clean! Such a cozy stay! Great for all seasons! Golf course amazing! We road the lift to the top of the mountain and took a paddle boat ride. The alpine slide was not open mid-week, so we didn’t get to check it out. Food in Bavarian Lounge, dining room, as well as the Foggy Goggle was delicious. This was an adults only trip, but would take my kids as there is plenty to do to keep them busy! The king size bed was THE most comfortable I’ve slept in! Sheets were incredible! We will definitely be back!

Great summertime overnight stay for our family! Pool, minigolf, Alpine slide, and pizza were big hits with the kids. Would stay again

Dirty and unmaintained

Had a spider the size of my hand in the room

Resort is beautiful. I would love to see it in the fall and winter. It's a little pricey but there's so much there to do. We stayed there for a wedding in the next town. If going to the resort for the resort, the price would be a bargain. Very charming. Staff was helpful and responsive. The beds were very high, hard to get into and too much foam toppers. Not our thing but others maybe prefer. Breakfast buffet was good too. Overall a nice place to stay & I would definitely recommend it to others, especially the young and active and families.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! The kids enjoyed the alpine slide and the pools a lot. They appreciated the wide range of activities available to them like the climbing wall.

The room was wonderful...staff at hotel very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend

The staff was excellent. Everyone was so friendly. For an older couple, it's a lot of walking. There are shuttles to take you around but my pride kept me from asking so that's my fault.
-
Hotel needs better signage/info ahead of time for shops or restaurants that are open or closed.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Super cool resort.

Room was very clean. Staff helped us unload and loading baggage. Hot tubs and pool was great! Made another reservation the day we got home.
