Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate

We loved the outside facility and pool. They had great food at the restaurant and friendly staff. The problem was the hotel room. We had sinks that had a mold ring on the inside, and that was at 2 different rooms. It makes me question how often they scrub down bathrooms if not in use or room hasn’t been used in some time. We left early, and couldn’t stay in the conditions.

The sushi restaurant was excellent and one sushi roll in particular. The dragon roll was pretty close to perfect. Price was a bit high for a small room

Staff was unfriendly, and unhappy, Julie was a breath of fresh air, pleasant smile and very Welcoming, cleaning staff was friendly, guess service at check in was not welcoming, didn’t even thank you for coming

We had an amazing stay at this hotel this weekend. Everything was wonderful from start to finish the room, service, cleanliness, and overall experience were excellent A special mention to **Diamond**, the lovely lady at check-in. She was absolutely amazing, welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. She is definitely a **plus for the hotel** super recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The facilities are a 10, restaurants/ hotel great. I stood at the villa which was a little outdated but clean and spacious.

We loved our stay at Omni, the resort was clean and there were many options for dining. We enjoyed the multiple pools and activities

Great experience….. only issue was the wifi. The internet connection was terrible I had better connectivity from my phone’s hotspot.

The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly. Pool staff was excellent! Pool was fun.

The staff were all so friendly! The food and desserts at every restaurant, even the deli, were fresh and delicious. My compliments to the chef and the pastry chef! Pools were clean and lovely. Facility and room were very clean. I highly recommend!

The parking passes never worked and it made it difficult to move around the property

Although we came here to go to Legoland, we could have just stayed at OMNI the entire time as there was so much to do. Endless fun.

The adult pool was an excellent option for us and we were able to enjoy the pool in the morning when it was cool. Loved the fact the pools were open until 11pm too! The water temp was always cool and comfy. The hotel coffee stand in the deli was good but a bit strong for us. Peet's is the brand of coffee served yet they could likely make your favorite latte. Overall the amenities on the grounds offered many conveniences. One thing I think the hotel should make people aware of at check-in is how to exit the parking lot. It's difficult to locate the circle scanner on the machine at the exit stand. It's at the bottom of the machine. I would definitely visit again and recommend the hotel to others.

Room was very nice in west building. View good. Towels and sheets great. Blanket polyester which I am allergic to Pools very nice. Prices on foods way too high. No microwave in our room I assume to discourage buying food other places. Refrigerator very small probably for same reason Need options for less expensive food purchases
