Hotel very nice. Room AC did not work well. Everything else was great.

The Spa, pool, and rooms all were excellent

I just love it

Check in was 4pm room was not ready until 6.25pm. Rude lady at front desk advised us that we were "lucky' as check in only STARTS at 4pm ...... check out was 11.30am, promptly at 11.19am everything in our room stopped working, I left amidst trying to finish blow drying my hair!! The cleaners WITH the " 5 MINUTE MORE " sign on the door started knocking at the door at 8.25am AND repeated twice !! At these prices one does not expect this poor level of service, maybe general management needs to look at their staffing and pay a little extra to employ capable personnel. Have stayed here 3 times before and will not be back !!!!

Staff was very accommodating. Lucy at the front desk, was kind and assisted us with additional requests for my wife, and even helped us with recommending other staff members by name to speak with regarding to some of our other inquires about Golf and dining.

Great experience. Will come back.

I took my wife for her birthday we stayed the weekend and had a wonderful time everyone was so nice even the security guard at the pool said hello we ate breakfast both days at the Italian restaurant the food was great and the servers were great for dinner we went 1 night to zen food was good and service was great she didn't speak much English but was amazing drinks never got low same we went to David's steakhouse me and my wife split a 22oz Ribeye again everything was amazing. We loved the pool area which we stayed and relaxed both days we loved the lazy river it would be nice if they had some more tubes in the river but we just swam around till we got some but overall great weekend me and my wife loved it and will definitely be back for another staycation thank you omni for a wonderful weekend alex.

Great hotel in a great location close to all the parks. Excellent pools with a lazy river.

It used to be amazing

Absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful resort and so much to do. We made our own sushi in the sushi making class. So much fun! We definitely will be back soon.

Diamond, who works at the front desk, was very friendly, helpful, and a wonderful reflection of the Omni. Diamond assisted me through the check in process, while exhibiting lots of patience.

We will definitely be going back. Love this place they were amazing with our anniversary. They even gave us champagne and sweets..

We stayed at Omni ChampionsGate from July 30 through August 1 and had a wonderful experience! Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The front desk team was especially accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The resort offers so many great amenities, and everything made for a relaxing and fun getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and great size. Surprised it didn't have a microwave or wash cloths. Eddie went above and beyond to help lead us to our accommodations due to construction. Pool by our accommodation and all other pools were amazing. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Links Golf course was well maintained. Complementary shuttles were very helpful. Trevi restaurant was loud and food was pricey and not good. If we go again, we will definitely eat off resort. Overall, not including food, we had a great stay.

I have always experienced excellent service at the Omni. I checked in and was able to get a room early and access to the amenities upon arrival. Had dinner at Trevi’s for the first time excellent food and the waitress. Tricia was fantastic. Omni, we will be back. It’s our hotel for staycations.

We had an amazing stay! The entire resort was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The pools are huge and beautifully maintained, and there were so many fun activities for the kids that they never got bored. Everything was well organized, making it a perfect family getaway. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely come back without any hesitation. Highly recommended!

Pool and activities

We enjoyed our stay! The location is great, there are lots of restaurants nearby. The lazy river and wave pool were great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

The property is amazing. I did have trouble with the tv remote, and a continuous noise coming from the vent in the bathroom which was supposed to looked at but no one came to check, but other than that my stay was fun .
