Very nice stay overall.

We had a very nice stay.
-
The lobby was very nice and updated, however the rest of the property including the rooms were in need of updating
-
No I’ve machines, no hot water, very small pool
-
Excellent location. friendly staff. Clean.
-
Great stay, clean room, and fun pool area!

The breakfast was minimal. While the hotel was “okay”…. It needs work! There was no stopper in the sink so anything dropped- went down the drain… everything felt DAMP (humidifier needed and furnace filter needed cleaning)… wORSE was the toilet ran ALL THE TIME.. felt like I was sleeping next to a dripping river/running water!

First room had a heavy mildew smell and the window trim was covered in black mold. Staff allowed us to change rooms per our request.

Front desk staff/Mgmt were very friendly and addressed our needs in a very satisfying manner. Sam was very friendly! Thank you Sam!. There was a minor issue with the shower not having any pressure ? otherwise I was pleased with the overall accommodations.
-
The staff was a bit rude. The furniture in the lounge needed repairs.
-
Dirty bedding, unhelpful front desk. Checked out after 1 night of a 4 night stay. Owner would only refund 1 night.
-
The seating area in the lobby needs better lighting. There are no lamps so one cannot read if seated in the lobby.
-
Pool was great so was the hot tub
-
It was for okay for a few nights but the property needs updating. Sink handle was loose and the toilet seat needed to be tightened.

Third problem. The staff housecleaning lady had an attitude towards my friend, Telling him he can't take any food up to the room, when it was for me because I was too sick to come down to fix my plate. I did address this issue to I think it was a manager or another staff and what this Indian man said in a way the camera is watching and no he couldn't and $100 for upstairs. I guess he was talking about to leave them a $100 tip, because they have an evelop in the room stating 'Housekeeper' Or. They was going to keep my $100 if he was to take it upstairs. Overall everything was ok, including the hot tub. Thank you 😊.

The breakfast was good. the location was a little tricky but was fine and close enough to the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. The front desk staff was very crabby and curt.
-
The pool area was very dirty. Bandaids all around the hot tub along with other garbage

The location was great. It was the closest we could get for our time at Lake Minnetonka. The breakfast was not good. The food quality was very poor. Our door to our bedroom didn't lock properly (staff had to show us how to close our door properly to make it lock) and the maids did not come to make our beds the second day. We were also disappointed that our toilet overflowed. There was no apology for any of this.

It also seemed that the hotel expected guests to bring their own toiletries. The room had only one small bottle of shampoo and no conditioner or body lotion. These issues made our stay less comfortable than we had expected.
