Our reservation was mixed up and the hotel and/or Expedia could not respond within 72 hours which unfortunately was when we needed to be checking in and off on our weekend events. We ended up staying at a nearby hotel because the hotel was full. They did not want to commit to refunding our money even though there was no room available to stay at. We spent two nights in another hotel and have been home for a day and an half and still waiting for a response regarding our reservation mixup.

I want to know if I got points for staying. I am a rewards member and I wrote the info on my check in. Everything was good. Breakfast was cold though . Could have been hotter

Only saw staff upon check in. He didn’t seem too happy to be there but was polite. Room door has to be pushed shut to latch. Chair at desk was stained. Makeup stain on pillowcase. No phone in room to connect with staff. Is this a new thing? Breakfast was ok.

The hotel’s location was convenient, and the room was reasonably clean. Unfortunately, those positives were overshadowed by our experience with management and customer service. We booked this hotel intending to stay for a full week, but our experience was so unpleasant that we checked out after only three nights. The biggest issue was the front desk staff, who identified himself as the owner. When I expressed concerns about the service we were receiving, he responded in a dismissive and arrogant manner, stating that he owned eight hotels and essentially did not care whether we liked the property or not. Rather than listening to a guest’s concerns and trying to resolve them professionally, he was rude, defensive, and disrespectful. Hospitality starts with treating guests with courtesy and respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking during our stay. We left feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

Location Well, the lobby was fresh. The room was definitely worn. It was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The coffee pot had some thing weird all over the inside of it and the counter by the sink was cracked. It looked really nasty like it had been cracked for a long time.
-
Older hotel, lacking some regular maintenance. Room was clean, however the bathroom countertop was cracked to the point you could lose your keys in it. Vent above the in-room jacuzzi was busted and hanging down from the ceiling.
-
The hotel is very run down. Pool and hot tub are big enough. Outdoor space has old chairs. Staff was yelling/arguing at front desk with people staying at the hotel. Breakfast was okay…

Loved the jacuzzi in our room! Very affordable and it worked great!

Location close to what we came for. Breakfast is good. Got my earl grey tea. It had hairdryer and iron. Conditioner works. Shower works only from the top or has a tap below. You cannot detach the handle. Shower was tricky to start with but you figure out.

No serious complaints regarding the property or staff. The only thing I found was that the hot tub could’ve been cleaned a little better. That was really about it. Everything else was very good!!

The insulation is not the best, we could hear the people above us filling the hot tub and running it, the first time it was midnight. The breakfast room is nice and was cleaned but like we expected the number of choices was limited, no surprise this is not a high-end hotel. The staff did pretty well in maintaining the coffee in the lobby fresh about 90% of the time. We will stay there again considering the rate per night and our travel budget.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, just a little outdated and could use some updating. Beds were very firm so good for those that like that. Good location with plenty of restaurants and little shops within walking and close driving distance. Continental breakfast was limited on options but was good. Climate control box in corner of the room was hanging off the wall with wires exposed, but it appeared to be an old unit that may not be utilized anymore? Mini fridge didn’t appear to be cooling properly either and there was no where to adjust the temp. Quiet though and no one disturbed us.

Perfect location for the dinner theater
-
Clean room but really run down property. Not worth the rate, upside is there are some dining options within walking distance

I have rated this hotel poorly because because their unwillingness to work with me and refund me for an accidental booking.
