There was no shampoo which of course I did not know until I showered. This is a pet peeve of mine when staff don’t check the bottles in bathroom when cleaning. Then there’s nothing you can do mid-shower. There was a huge dump site for garbage right outside our window. I don’t know why it was there but it was horrible smelly with flies that followed you to your room if you were using the side entrance. The pool was also closed for maintenance. I booked the place because it had a room. No warning from the hotel pre-arrival. Their solution was passes to what seemed like a Y down the street which you would have to drive to. Overall I don’t think it’s maintained well. And I overpaid for what we got especially with no pool.

Definitely overpriced for the quality of the rooms

Our stay at this hotel was amazing

Unfortunately not a great experience with the hotel iron. Used the iron and it had something on it the stained a brand new shirt. Brought the iron to the desk and told them about the situation and not too helpful. Likely won’t stay again. The breakfast was pretty good though.

Nice excellent location

Needed to load an app enter card personal details and phone number just to use the washer. Not acceptable The app then wanted a minimum payment of $10 for a $3.50 wash. Absolutely disgusting

Excellent customer service

The room was nice and very clean. The area felt safe, and Chick-fil-A was right next door. The staff was extremely friendly. We really loved the coffee bar. It was a very good stay.

Good location The pool, laundry facilities and gym were closed the entire week we were there. I was not notified until check-in. I booked the hotel mainly because of those amenities. Not happy about that!

Did not had breakfast as we had to leave early before breakfast opened

2. The rooms are cleaned once every 2 days, so garbage can accumulate. In our case we checked in on Monday night and checked out on Saturday. Our room was cleaned ( including change of towels) only once on Wednesday,

Breakfast was very poor - few options with plastic plates - was expecting something good

Everything was GREAT. Customer service was excellent. The room was cleaned and smelled great,hospitality was 100.breakfast was good.24 hour free coffee.fire pit for the cold. Stores,restaurants, and attractions near.Everything was great.

No sleep they was doing renovation early in the morning and told nobody.

Staff & management was very helpful, courteous and responsive. Great hotel and location.

Decent size room

All amenities were closed and i asked them to cancel my reservation and they are not issuing my refund Receptionist and the manager attitude were rude and unacceptable

I like the location, staff, and cleanliness. Also, it is located in an amazing area. Breakfast! The breakfast years ago was very nice. They used to provide milk, yogurt, and other products. Now the quality of the food is degrading. For example, no brown bread for diabetic guests. One day I asked for it and they replied we do not provide it.
