Great stay! Tasty breakfast! Friendly staff

This property was very clean, employees were extra nice and helpful and it was a great place to stay for a week in Virginia! Our only complaint is that the breakfast only goes until 9:00 am. When you are on vacation, that is too early for breakfast to end.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Nice staff.

Though housekeeping did not appear to come by even once during my stay, the rest of the staff and hotel as a whole functioned well.

The whole property was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate requests. Breakfast had an excellent offering and rotated menu items as well as keeping the staples.

Tough traffic and nine miles from the airport. Also could not get picked up by shuttle at airport because no direct number, just recordings. Had to order Uber.

Home2 is always clean and the staff is consistently friendly! As someone with Celiac Disease, I appreciate having a space to prepare my own food.

Service is good clean

There was no shampoo which of course I did not know until I showered. This is a pet peeve of mine when staff don’t check the bottles in bathroom when cleaning. Then there’s nothing you can do mid-shower. There was a huge dump site for garbage right outside our window. I don’t know why it was there but it was horrible smelly with flies that followed you to your room if you were using the side entrance. The pool was also closed for maintenance. I booked the place because it had a room. No warning from the hotel pre-arrival. Their solution was passes to what seemed like a Y down the street which you would have to drive to. Overall I don’t think it’s maintained well. And I overpaid for what we got especially with no pool.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing

Unfortunately not a great experience with the hotel iron. Used the iron and it had something on it the stained a brand new shirt. Brought the iron to the desk and told them about the situation and not too helpful. Likely won’t stay again. The breakfast was pretty good though.
