The room was clean and well stocked with essentials. Staff at check in and check out were extremely helpful and personable. Upon check in we asked for supper recommendations and staff was eager to assist. The hotel is in a nice location and easily accessible to UNC hospital.

Staff was very friendly and great. Facility was very clean. The eggs were not the greatest but I was able to eat a very filling breakfast with the other items on the breakfast bar. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Everything is perfect except I wish there’s a Netflix ready on the TV. They need to update their tvs for that.

Room was clean and comfortable. However, the window shade did NOT block out much outside light and I’m glad I had an eye mask. The fitness Center was well stocked. The pool needed some cleaning but it was off and on rain all day.
