The staff was super sweet

This is our second stay in 2 weeks and both room had inoperable window shade. In the recent visit we had to use an extra sheet climb on the window sill and drape it ovwr the top as the window was halfway exposed to the outside facing the intersection with the lights shinning in. There was no way to adjust the shades, the pull chains re removed and a sign placed on the wall to use the something that did not exist i.e., a motorized shade. No motor.

Very nice staff

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze and the staff exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as we were new to the area. Room was clean and comfortable and the bonus of having a kitchen and separate space to relax was great! The pool was clean and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

Breakfast was good

This booking was a disaster from start to finish!!!! After a very long car ride (6 hours) to attend a family gathering this destination Hilton Home2Suites did not have my confirmed room, which I booked well in advance. I was suppose to have a Corner Room King Suite for my (2) day stay. This was a HUGE disappointment. There was some sort of kid baseball tournament going on, so I presume a family got our reserved room. The staff put the entire blame on Booking.com fault. I have never had this happen with Booking.com even in much finer establishments, where my confirmed reservation was a stated and ready for us upon our arrival. I was assigned another room instead. I said, "I hope this isn't near the elevator, or ice machine". It was. They changed us to another room, yet again. The second room wasn't quite ready from the previous guests and it was apparent. This room was down the end of the hallway, next to some utility room that was noisy & loud all night long. This was the worst booking, and we paid a premium to stay close to our family gathering. The check out was even worse! The hotel personal could not locate us and when she did, she had an extra night tagged on. More time spent correcting another error. The departure was just as upsetting as the arrival.

I was given a room with two queens when i reserved a king. Im sure there id a price difference. All other aspects of the visit were fantastic!

Great location. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Rather quiet hotel which is very nice.

We had a clean room. It was quiet. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was easy to access and had some good variety.

Property was very clean and walking distance to our venue. The room was spacious. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel was AMAZING! Super clean, great pool to tan at, nice outside vibe with a fire pit, best hotel breakfast hands down, super spacious rooms, wonderful staff… highly recommend, would def recommend or stay again!

Nice hotel with a very spacious room and professional staff

This is a wonderful hotel! The staff make you feel very welcome and are very interested in your comfort. The breakfast was excellent! The rooms were very nice and had great amenities for our stay. The location is on Daniel Island is perfect.

Location and staff were very good

Had a great stay. :) There was not one thing not to like about it was amazingly beautiful.

Breakfast provided something quick to eat. Was as expected. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and adequate. Plenty of towels.

We stayed four nights. Our room was cleaned after the first, but, not after the second or third. So, on the 3rd Day I stopped at the front desk to request that the room be cleaned. It was not done until I returned after dinner at approximately 7:00 p.m. So, I was inconvenienced while the staff cleaned the room. Not what I would expect from a hotel where I'm paying approximately $500 a night.
