The property was in a nice neighborhood with shopping/dining close by. The room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay at this property again next time I'm in the area. The lobby area was very nice and the staff was very friendly and very informative. The free breakfast was good! Parking was good.

Very nice shower, very clean, bed super soft. Breakfast for me was below average. Staff was very nice and recommended Ducksworths Grill and Taphouse which was very good

This property must be filled with people who are indigent. There were men walking around at night outside that looked homeless, lost and drugged. There was men in the bushes when I was leaving in the morning. There were people running down the hall at night and people talking on the phone in the hallway as loud as can be to all hours of the night. Total disrespect that anybody could be staying in there and trying to sleep. The elevators were filthy and there was broken glass outside the front door. This property is in an excellent location and was a huge disappointment. I will warn others never to stay here. There are much nicer hotels across the street in Waverly.

I enjoyed every part of the inside of hotel Every night I had to park off the lot in a banks empty parking lot and when I asked about where to park or what to do. The later male working behind the desk at 11:00 o’clock at night, was anything but nice or even pleasant with his answer!! He was rude about answering as if I bothered him by asking where to park and that the parking lot was filled? I was literally shocked by his answer!! He told me over at the bank and another area I forgot where he said and point in some direction with his finger!! After spending the money to get a full style suite, and also being alone with how late it was (11:00p m stayed-Friday thru Sunday) I was shocked and asked him just to be clear what? Where is that? (Meaning the parking lot) And are you being serious? I then began to say I have to park in someplace else that I’m unaware of and clearly I’m from out of state so I don’t know the area, and it’s in the dark? He kept interrupting me and kept pointing his finger saying it’s over there it’s that bank. I let him know that I also require a handicap parking… he kept on pointing and then turned his back on me. There was another working that came in from the outside that had walked behind the front desk and came back out. I’m thinking maybe he could help, and this man had know idea as to where or what to do either!! After leaving to clearly go find this extra lot, it wasn’t that far away at all says no one with luggage to carry!! I was worried all the time, if my car would be towed or not, I had to be sure to cut my evenings shorter with the anxiety of not getting a place to park!! It ruined my visit and will not return

easy parking and clean hotel in a very well serviced area

The property is clean and well maintained. The location is great, many good restaurants very close by. The staff is welcoming. The breakfast was decent.

Loved it here! I would absolutely stay here again.

Mediocre hotel. I expected it to be higher end given the price be night.

The room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch was perfect for a quick stay with my wife and 2 kids. The included breakfast was great and the kids loved swimming in the pool after spending the day with family.

Bed was a little soft for my liking and the road noise. Request a room not next to the road if possible.

Parking in the lot was full but got there late

Unfortunately, the room temperature was hard to control. One minute you're comfortable, then freezing and then hot. Maybe it was a defective thermostat. Also bad luck that the privacy blind wouldn't raise in the daytime, so no natural light. The walls were a bit thin and loud guests in the hallway were a bit annoying. So was the traffic. Make sure that you ask for a non-street facing room if noise is an issue. The purpose of my trip was a quiet weekend away, so I was definitely sensitive to the noise issue. Over all, I would recommend this hotel for it's location if nothing else. The staff was pleasant, they have a great free breakfast, and nice areas to sit and relax.

Large rooms and close to walk to restaurants

The hotel rooms need a lot of work, you can tell there is a lack of maintenance, and they can definitely improve with overall cleanliness.

Location, Location, Location. Close to shopping restaurants and grocery stores.

Great location within walking distance to several restaurants.

Nice clean hotel in a good location with friendly staff.
