Hyatt House Charlotte/Rea Farms

The rooms were not clean. On a weekday while lots of guests were alresdy checked on and more coming at dinner time 5:30pm, the kitchen of the on-site restaurant was closed. Guests were given a printed piece of paper with nearby restaurants. The carpets throughout the hotel and inside the rooms were filthy, their were lots of pet hair on the floor as several dogs who didn't appear to be service animals were seen throughout the hotel. I will never stay here and spend the amount of money that I spent.

loved the newness and cleanliness of the hotel and room. Breakfast, however, was just ok. Eggs were not hot and toaster not working very well

Loved this hotel, it was clean and my room felt like a small studio apartment. It was so comfortable and the staff was great!!

10/10 highly recommend staying here. It’s clean, modern, smelled good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I felt completely comfortable staying here as a solo traveler. I will be back again!

Relaxed atmosphere without a hotel feel. Walkable and close to food and other options. Rooms a little outdated but was clean and very comfortable. Parking and breakfast were included. Nice staff with quick check in and out. Only stayed one night but would recommend.

Had an issue with a third party booking site and the hotel staff was so helpful and friendly.

Rooms were clean, the air conditioning just was working properly, however they did switch our rooms.

This was exceptionally nice, but I think housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to the bathroom faucet fixture because there was mold growing under the handle... It would just need a quick clean up with bleach while the handle is lifted to keep mold from growing there. But it's hard not to notice it when you're leaned over the sink brushing your teeth (and you're short!) Also, the toilet seat has dried urine crystals around the bolts that hold it in place...eww! I realize these are deeper cleaning issues, but if they are constantly neglected, you get yucky issues that people will notice, and with this being such a nice place, I personally expect the detailed cleaning... But overall, we loved it here! Aside from these easy fixes, it was exceptionally nice.

Great place really nice rooms

Traveling with small kids can be hard. This hotel made it easy! Check in was quick. Location is perfect, next to restaurants and places for the kids to run around. Pool and room was clean. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pancakes. Staff very accommodating. Beds comfortable and small kitchen was nice to have.

Wonderful customer service and clean room! I typically stay at hiltons but any chance i get to stay at hyatt it’s a no brainer!

We asked multiple times for them to clean the room and replace the towels. It never happened
