This was the second time this location canceled my reservation after confirming days before that my room was available. Wasted 20+ dollars on Uber just to get here to have to pay for another Uber to go to a different location multiple times. Horrible experience, horrible communication overall horrible management. Y’all be wasting peoples time and money.

the rooms location only. staff was not helpful, took my money then stated my service animal was not allowed afterwards. no damage was left and the room was left clean everyday. no reason for the immediate ejection while I was on a shift for work.

Nothing. The property was dirty, there were bugs in the bed and the staff was rude.

I stayed for a week because I had a funeral to attend and the property was near the family's home. The manager says he doesn't rent that suite because he uses every now and then. Seemed clean at first. Later that night I noticed there was pubic hair and poop on the toilet, behind the seat and under the lid. I had disinfecting wipes and the office was closed, so I had to clean it myself. The bathtub had cigarette burns and some of the paint inside the tub was chipped. The walls of the tub was dirty. They said maid service happens on Fridays, no one came. The fridge was not clean either. I paid extra for an "upgraded" suite and there was nothing special about it. It says queen size bed and the bed was full size. Room had a funky smell and the AC barely worked. It was old, cracked and outdated and was more like a cold fan.
