I love the amenities with tennis courts golf course, walking trails, and a phenomenal fitness center with coffee and smoothie bar. The mill room has good bartenders with sports on TV and a well rounded menu It has dog friendly rooms and is family friendly and also good for business and solo travel

Loved everything but wished they had more food options.

Also, appreciated the care in less plastic including vanity items and complimentary water in aluminum bottles. I did not have the breakfast, but I did eat at the restaurant The Mill(?) and it was excellent. At this pricepoint there shouldn’t be problems. First room-The closet light did not go off. All of the bathroom showers should have shower wands and hot/ cold indicator makers on the shower spigot. This was room with bathtub/shower combo. My second room with shower had water everywhere. Sink had water from somewhere on counter, the shower flooded floor. It was slippery. Again should have shower wand and hot/cold indicators. Big peeve- toliet paper expandable roller was too short, not staying put, the paper flew all over. There are many things I like about Restoration Hardware items, especially the look, but many times their items do not function properly. The wall roll holders fell off. This was a replacement, expandable roll holder and too short for wall holders length, which also fell off wall. I think Restoration Hardware has a little oversized items and they also are little Janky and need very cautious installation using sticky glue and careful measuring. But again this was a plastic roll holder that was too short. I only stayed in this room one night so I’m not sure if it was fixed properly in the middle of the night. You don’t wanna search for your roll of paper. -Stairs. Should adopt Like Kohler in WI-They should just take your luggage at the check in- put it in your room, especially, if your room is on stairs. Or put in luggage elevators. Not luggage friendly. When they say stairs, you think it’s a couple steps, but it’s really a flight and that is not luggage friendly. Last-I didn’t have cash on me or a cash card. I wasn’t able to get any cash on property. Which I feel bad about because I didn’t tip help, this makes me sad.

It was beautiful, enjoyed the stay !

The stay was very average. Positives is it is a beautiful complex with trails and access to the sports complex. Negatives are that they ran out of towels for one of the days at both the pool and in our room, spider webs on the balcony railings and chairs, found items in our room that were not ours and left from prior stays, and the pool was very underwhelming (no towels, pool bar closed, and not nearly enough chairs).

The staff was very gracious and very hospitable. The amenities in the room are fantastic and the linens on a scale of one to 10 I would give them an eight.

Parking was easy. We had several small issues, none of which would have bee a big deal, but no one answered the phone at the front desk and we couldn’t find any help. Our sliding door was broken. And, we had people who appeared to work there in our room in the evening but didn’t do the turn down service so we were confused as to why they were in our room going through our things. We

Bed was comfortable. The room was not what I thought I bought. Patio not balcony. Where my room was located 704 Lakehouse was next to the housekeepers entry and exit. Non-stop slamming of the door from 5:30-6:30am. I had a nine hour drive that day another nine hour drive that morning. Didn’t appreciate being woken up at 5:30 am by slamming doors.

Great place. Loved The Mill Room and the spa pool

Encountered bug issues in bed and bathtub. Numerous bug bites. Need pest control management as recommended. Do not recommend staying on 1st floor / basement when weather changes from winter to spring (bug infestation).

The bed was very soft, and I prefer firm mattresses.

Great amenities. Enjoyed the spa, steam room, bar, falcon class, hiking trails and more. I was surprised the heated pools were open in February next time I'm bringing my bathing suit for some winter swimming. Our room was in the 700 building overlooking the lake. It did have a mini fridge that was a nice surprise. It didn't have elevator so conceige kindly carried my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Our room did have an updated bathroom and a small outdoor balcony overlooking the lake. I would book the same room again for the privacy and views our balcony had. I wish there was vending machines as advertised on the first floor as I was craving a snack when in my room. I ended up going to the wellness center to grab a snack and had fun watching people play tennis and climb the rock wall. Thanks for having Tesla chargers on site. We will be back!

    All was wonderful!

Great resort and amenities overall - especially the athletic facilities. Room was a bit dated and no elevator in the building we stayed in, or at least on the wing on our side of the building.
