Comfort Inn & Suites Charlottesville Hollymead Town Center

The hotel was clean, staff friendly, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was pretty good. The only challenge was communicating with Expedia…..

Very short stay… staff was very accommodating

Nice staff clean room safe area self parking perfectly nice stay.

staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. i’ve stayed at this chain multiple times and it’s always been reliable. my only comment is that when i turned the heater on it smelled like something was burning.

Very comfortable and convenient.

Really nice place to stay!

I also appreciated that you had hot chocolate packets at breakfast because I don’t drink coffee or OJ so being able to make a warm cup of cocoa before I hit the road was lovely.

Clean room, helpful staff, good continental breakfast with stir-fried veggies eggs, fruits, bagels and pastri3s

Hotel room was clean.

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay. I will only note, for the benefit of persons seeking an accessible room, that the management's definition of "accessible" may be a bit elastic, so be specific about your particular needs. I was given a room with, apart from one feature for the hearing-impaired, only one obvious special feature, a single grab bar in the shower area, and that would only have been of use to those who could get over a foot-high tub wall to get to it. It did not have what I listed as my primary desire, a grab bar in the toilet area, although it turned out that I could manage without it, given the height of the toilet seat, as well as the results of the efforts of my physical therapists.

Clean & well maintained

Staff was awesome, and place very clean. Will recommend

great place

Coffee machine was dusty, I had to clean it and run water through multiple times (the water was brown when it first came out with no coffee). There were a few hairs in the bathroom that weren’t mine. There was an odd mildew smell in the room. A guy upfront said breakfast was served until 11am, and I went down for breakfast at 10:30am and the breakfast had closed at 9:30am. Staff was rude about me saying the night prior one of the employees told me that it was 11am when breakfast stopped being served.

Everything was great

Every was gteat.I will stay again.

The staff were amazing and the property was very clean.

Room was immaculate, staff was informative, highly recommended.

Very nice and clean, 15 minutes driving to UVA. Good breakfast

The breakfast was very limited. More variety would be better
