The room we stayed in was clean at first glance but there were quite a few unpleasant smells in different areas. The closet reeked of urine, the carpet smelled like it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time, the bathroom sink was clogged and the diverted valve for the shower did not function properly resulting in a weak shower stream.

Nice comfortable room. My only issue was that we had a two bedroom and only one bedroom had a window to the outside so the rest of the suite felt a little like a cave.

Nice place and stay with amenities. Staff are friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good and rooms clean. Note they charge $10/night for parking which would be okay if the parking spaces were of acceptable size. Unfortunately most normal (not handicap) parking spaces we found were narrow and shallow. Keep that in mind if you have a nice, wide and/or long car and don’t want accidental door dings. Other guests may accidentally ding your door. Space between parked cars seemed to average about 1 ft. - 1.5 ft. In some instances I saw less than 1 ft. between cars.

Nice place to stay

Superb

They gave me a map to find what building my room was in, instead of showing me or walking me to themselves after I’ve had a long drive, they didn’t tell us about breakfast, and there was a bunch of kids at all times creating ruckus, and no place to swim in the small pool

I had a pleasant one-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the property was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was as expected for a short stay, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again.

Clean and close to the event we were going to attend. I just noticed that the lady I ask question during breakfast time looks very serious and her answer sound like she was annoyed but people at the chk in counter are very friendly and helpful

Staff friendly and pool was great. Breakfast is always full and being refilled as more people arrive Nothing all good

The price was good, room was comfortable and breakfast was good . Hotel was located to close to my conference location that was a plus. Also close to a lot of eating areas The room did not have a/c when we arrived they gave instructions how to turn on a/c but when we entered the room it was over 100 degrees inside. Then the a/c did not work. Asked to be moved the front desk said they did not have any more rooms . They sent maintenance they couldn’t fix it then they found another room all the way in the back of the community . Rooms should be ready to accept guests at check in and should not walk into a room of 100 degrees. Also I do not believe we were away that there was no elevator access to our original room and had to carry luggage upstairs.

- majority of staff are courteous and professional (Michael, Janet, and Bibian were great) - common areas are clean, tidy, and updated (mostly) - large rooms (the 2bdrom suites have 2 full bathrooms) - NO street noise heard from room - breakfast was fine, not great, but on par with what other hotels offer for complimentary breakfasts (typical hotel offerings including oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, sausage/bacon, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereals, and occasionally yogurt.) Cons: - the swimming pool had a lot of debris (leaves, bugs, etc) in it. It seemed like it possibly had not been cleaned for many days. Even the cleaning net/pole had a hole in the net! The pool was cleaned on the last day we were there. There are nice trees, bushes, and other flowering plants in the outdoor area which gives it a nice calm and private feel, but possibly the dead leaves/flowers get into pool easily.

Awesome place
-
a ton of space and all very clean

The hotel space was great and staff was kind. The outdoor pool was dirty and hot tub wasn't usable because it was pretty gross. The breakfast was also very awful. Also the part of town isnt the best.
