Cascades Motel - Chattanooga

It was hot in the room and the remote for the TV didnt work well. It was not worth the price I had to pay. I have stayed at much nicer places for not much more than what I paid there

Room reeked of cigarette, I couldn’t stay there due to the severe headache.

I wish I could give this place a better review. They do have the lowest prices I could find in town while I was there. I was not sorry I booked there because of the Indian restaurant I found down the street. It was good. :)

Its clise to a grocery store. Literally nothing else was good. The room was dark dirty dindgy and had roaches. They tried to charge me extra for my son and service dog. The office staff were all extremely rude and tried to upcharge me upon arrival. They almost didnt let me have the room I booked. Absolutely no wifi. My sink was broken my toilet seat was broken, which i fixed myself. There's no maintenance apparently. Also there was a weird hole above my shower that made me really creeper out and I had to provide my own toilet paper.

no roaches ,bed was comfortable. No coffee maker in room, only had 1 wash clothe in the bathroom

Try to reserve a room for the 4th and 5th 30 second later trying to get postponed for the next week, and then they denied it and stolen $82.00. From me

Nothing about this property It was disgusting. There was no toilet paper. The t.vm did not work

nothing Door locks did not work, no water pressure, dirty towels, no overhead light. 3 o’clock in morning staff has bunch of screaming people doing something next door waking me up

people come to your room and the police outside all the time

The rooms, while quite old and in a mild state is disrepair, were clean and functional. Most Electric plugs did not have a ground wire installed, meaning that anything with a three prong plug had very limited placed to be plugged in.

Didn't eat Pool would be nice.

The hotel didn't have the amenities booking.com claimed they had. There was no pool, the TV cable wasn't working, the Air-conditioning barely worked and stunk of cigarettes, and the ice machine was broken. If I was able to cancel my 2nd night stay here because of the complete lack of service from booking.com. I will not be using booking.com again.

Nothing The place smelled so bad, I ate a day that I paid for and got a room at another motel. This was billed as a non-smoking room, but it smelled like 14 people had been hot boxing Camels for about a month in there.

The night clerk came & helped us fix the TV when we got back to our room. It worked whet we checked in then didn't a few hours later. Booking online was okay. The refrigerator was not cold, it had dirty shelves, there were no wall outlets near the bed to charge phones up with, the couch had dirty old napkins in it. The curtains were falling off, the heat wall unit wouldn't work most the night so it was a cold night. The bed blanket had stains on it, and bathroom sink was clogged up & no shower head in the shower so we did not use it at all. & the wall outlets behind the TV were coming off the wall & dresser was missing the top drawer.

It was clean, But it was scary. It reminded you of the Bates Motel. I didn¿t want to stay. But my husband said if it was clean we were staying. We tried everywhere. It was showing its age bad.
