Very clean, good breakfast, helpful staff! Only grip was the pool was not heated…

We just stayed for a night so the room was okay but the metal the mattress was sitting on top of was sticking out of the bed and our toddler ran into it and hurt himself. Also our shower had a constant drip to it.

All staff and I mean ALL were very welcoming from start to finish, nothing was a problem,if therewas a problem, they had a solution, always polite, breakfast had everything for everyone big ir small and for all dietary requirements . Rooms clean, just overall exceptional, thank you.

Nothing unique but is close to alot of places to eat and has decent breakfast.

The breakfast was good

I havent experienced this bad of a Hotel room since I was a kid. The sheet wer dirty and stained. The pull out couch literally had toe nails in it when my kids opened it. The place smelled like hot gym sweat. The staff was in their car half the time. I usually dont complain but this was the worst.

Nice staff. A little worn down in some parts but overall a decent stay for one night passing through!

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a large variety of food. We are happy with our stay. The only improvement we can think of is to add some hangers in the bathroom.

Room was clean but there was mold in the bathroom.

Overall, the stay was very good, including the cleanliness, amenities, and breakfast (which had a nice variety of hot and cold options). The room was clean, everything was working, and parking was fine. I am not a big fan of indoor pools, so the pool was just okay for me. For the price I paid, I was very happy with the hotel.

Our sheets had what looked like iron burns on them. It wasn’t dirt but they shouldn’t have been on the bed. The pull out sofa bed was horrible to sleep on. The kids could feel the springs because the mattress was so thin. The hallways smelled dirty but I think that was due to it needs some major renovations. This was by far the worst hotel stay we’ve ever experienced

Terrible experience! not recommend this hotel in Hixson Chattanooga!

Pool, smelled like chlorine that it made our head hurt The room was a bit smelly and areas like doors/wood furniture having weird white spots everywhere. 1 of the bed covers had like dried hard dark spots. The bathroom had hot water but the water would take forever to go down The bathroom had many areas where wall or ceiling had paint or drywall broken off.

Carpets in the hallway were stained very badly. Need replaced bathroom shower needs updated caulking seals not working properly front desk. Staff was very helpful convenient location room had a strong clean smell like covering up other odors. I would rate a five out of 10.

We really liked this hotel. Great place to stop on our way too and from Disney World.
