Quality Inn Hixson - Chattanooga

Staff was good, everything else was average at best. Served its purpose for a night.

The room was clean and had all the essentials needed for travelers.

I had no issues at all during our stay.

Room had a very musty smell like a dirty mop. We had to buy air freshener. Bathroom door falling apart. Swimming pool was dirty. Toilet did not flush properly, we had to flush a few times to work.

Not much! There was a leak coming from the toilet. It looked like it had been going on for quite some time. The floor was wet all over. I can’t imagine this was not seen and taken care prior to allowing this room to be rented out.

Clean room and a great nights sleep!

The toilets were extremely low. Hod to flush 7 times for all waste to go down. Staff was extremely nice. Lifted up couch that turns into a bed and it was very worn out. Looked ancient and very disgusting.

There was trash with used condoms in it left in the room when we got there. I told the front desk lady and she said oops. I told her i would leave it outside the room so someone can switch out the bag she said okay and then didnt do anything. It was not changed until the next day during house cleaning. Also reeked of weed on the whole 2nd level last night too

The owners and staff do a wonderful job making an old building seem so much better than most economy hotels out there.

When ever we need a little time away we come Here because it’s close to our home and affordable without giving up on amenities. We love this little gem. Nothing

The bed was comfy. No outlets on the left side of the bed to plug chargers in. No freezer in the fridge. Breakfast: there was a good assortment of food, however the sausage was inedible. Check in and out went well and directions to the room were clear.

Not very quality. Let me explain, a/c very noisy and room was musty smelling when you first walk in the room. The tub drips. The toilet makes a loud sound when you flush it. The desk chair was worn and torn. The pillows were like torture devices (very uncomfortable). There was no place on the property to walk our dog, so we took him next door. The curtains didn’t close all the way shut, so light shown through. The good side of our stay was it seemed pretty clean. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The beds were comfortable. The room had a microwave & good working fridge. We did not use the coffee maker. The breakfast was pretty good!
