Quality Inn Hixson - Chattanooga

Out dated and not the cleanest.

We were very pleased with this hotel and would recommend it to friends, family and would stay there again. Hotel was clean, staff efficient, and husband was impressed with the quality of the breakfast.

Everything was very smooooooth.

The room smelled like mold and we were too stay two nights and we just left after one

The hotel, including the guest room was clean, staff was responsive overall and specifically when I asked for a ground level room and received it, parking was spacious. I felt safe in the area, and there was lots of retail and food available . Will stay again.

The room was very clean & the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly & very helpful !

The hotel room and bathroom were not clean and very outdated. The water pressure in the shower was next to nothing and the toilet was not flushing properly. Our room had an old mildew and smokey smell. Will not be back.

Bed skirt needed cleaning, room had weird odor

Staff was good, everything else was average at best. Served its purpose for a night.

The room was clean and had all the essentials needed for travelers.

Convenient location for everything I needed to do in the area.

I had no issues at all during our stay.

Room had a very musty smell like a dirty mop. We had to buy air freshener. Bathroom door falling apart. Swimming pool was dirty. Toilet did not flush properly, we had to flush a few times to work.

Not much! There was a leak coming from the toilet. It looked like it had been going on for quite some time. The floor was wet all over. I can’t imagine this was not seen and taken care prior to allowing this room to be rented out.

Clean room and a great nights sleep!
