Travelodge by Wyndham Chehalis

Maybe don't have a borderline homeless camp outside the room windows with garbage all over the place smells horrible and the image that you give off on the website is completely misleading. I left after I was there an hour, and nobody even thought about giving me some kind of refund.

The place is old and falling apart. Torn curtains, clogged sink, dirty towels with holes, holes in floor. Really needs a major renovation. Stayed on e night and left. Staff were good in giving refund.

The lobby crew was amazing, they didn’t everything they could to resolve our problems but the room as terrible, as soon as we entered the room we saw at least 30 flies inside and the smell of wet dog was awful, there were no more rooms available so we try to get the flies out and asked for the sticky fly catcher which they provide us and I had to use my perfume almost the entire time of our stay to mask the bad smell. We won’t come back again

The first room (no smoking room) smelled so bad like cigarettes it was nauseating. She got us a new room immediately. The TV didn't work, she brought a new TV right away. Went to office in the evening and the manager ignored me and left the room. I checked out same night. Night staff was not good either. They didn't check me out and I got an text and email today telling me it's time to check out. I also lost my work phone, and I have called that location about 10 times in the last 12 hrs and no one has answered. I'm definitely never going back there, even if it's the only one with a room available in that town.

Bad

The absolute worst place I have ever stayed. The bed had lots of hair in the sheets, smelled like dog pee and reeked of cigarette smoke. There were lots of people partying out back to loud music and the freeway noise was constant. They were unable to evict the previous night's guest, and there didn't have a room available when we arrived because the tenants were squatting and refusing to leave. We left the property in the middle of the night and moved to a different hotel because the Oyo Travelodge was so disgusting.

Very run down

Nice staff, clean room but not maintained well, horrible parking, building needs maintenance, garbage all around, microwaves and other broken appliances sitting outside rooms. Not what I expected from a Wyndham property. The Wyndham name is why we booked the room. Not worth the price.

Only thing I liked about this hotel is it was right across the road from a Hotel that help me out big time after Travelodge canceled my reservation and didn't tell me untill I arrived to check in. Travelodge canceled my reservation after I booked it more than 2 months in advance. Didn't let me know untill I arrived to check in. Still waiting on my refund, poor staffing with no idea on how to figure out my refund. TERRIBLE PLACE AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Thank God my daughters wedding went great and thank God for BESTWESTERN PLUS that was across the road to help me out and made my stay great they also agreed with me and thought Travelodge screwed me over.

My room had no curtains, several holes in the walls, and outlet sticking out of the wall. When I asked for a curtain they informed me they didn't have one and gave me a blanket to cover it. They lady working the front desk was wonderful and canceled the rest of my stay and refunded it.

Each time, it's had a different name. And goes further downhill. It's very poorly maintained, and the stairs are downright treacherous. My room definitely needed a good cleaning. There was a microwave, but it was unplugged with no apparent way to plug it in. And the TV required two remotes and instructions to operate. It still never worked well (blessed be my cellphone!). The best I can say is that it was convenient to where I needed to be, and the staff were nice.

Room was clean, little worn in places but decent. Convenient to the freeway and a couple restaurants too. Mattress was pretty well worn out, only real low point. Would stay there again but would check out the mattress before committing to a room.

Nothing! It was filthy. There was litter everywhere. Everything was old and run down. The toilet dripped all night. The tv was great and easy to operate. Read my above comment. The WiFi was iffy. The coffee in the office was barely luke warm. I heated ours up in the microwave and told the desk that it was cold. I went back in about 30 minutes and it was the same. We preregistered on line. When we tried to check in, our room wasn’t ready, as none of the king bed rooms were cleaned. We downgraded. It didn’t seem like the pictures of the rooms on line matched up at all with what we got. The desk person tried to figure out what went wrong with our preregistration, and why the rooms weren’t clean and ready. She went to the manager but got zero help.
