Home2 Suites by Hilton Chelmsford Lowell

Staff , room size Home2 stated free WIfi but the Wifi was unusable unless you upgraded to 4.95 a day. I feel saying its free isn't correct. The room was spacious , and clean. The hallways , room and elevators were dated .

This stay was a nightmare! The elevators worked sporadically. We carried luggage and belongings up and down three flights of stairs several times a day. When asked to be moved to the first floor, the staff were not accommodating. Then on our second day, we were without power for most of the day. The hotel had a “scheduled” power outage and did not inform the guests. We were unable to get ready in our room for a medical conference or charge our devices. Do not stay here! Avoid at all cost!

The room was so spacious and clean. We had ample space for my family. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was very amicable and attentive.

Out of 4 elevators 3 were down “until parts come in” and the 4th was temperamental. The front desk was told of bathroom flooding into foyer of our room from walk in shower. All the bath towels were used to mop the floor-asked to have them picked up and replaced with clean towels, which wasn’t done till I complained the next morning again.

The staff were super helpful. I left my phone in the breakfast area. I was in a bit of a panic when I returned and could not find it. The staff looked all over for me and finally discovered that it had fallen onto chair. I was so appreciative of their diligence. This was a super location for visiting Lowell National Park. The hotel is right off the highway, so it was only a 15 minute drive. The elevator was having some issues. But the staff was always very helpful. They would come and get it going again. And they said the issue was in the process of being addressed.

It was a great experience they are very helpful make you feel like home and if you need anything services is available right away.

Clean and comfortable room. Only one elevator was working and it wasn't the cleanest. Breakfast was not good at all.

Great hotel that is newly built. Stayed in a single king room that was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. Full kitchen in the room with the exception of a stove/oven but they said burners could be available. Breakfast was good with a modest offering of hot and cold options.
