Pool was under maintenance but I understand so was not upset

The only reason for an overall 4 is that the pool was closed, not all TV channels were available, and although the pillows had varying firmness they were not comfortable for a 6 night stay. We will be back and definitely stay at the Hampton!

We did not have this service and we did ask for it and still did not receive this service. It was disappointing to say the least. The Continental breakfast was nice with a nice display of food!

We were greeted by smiling and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of options for everyone.

Person checking me in was very rude...actually apologized for his rudeness and said not to "drink coffee at night." Fire alarm was set off at 1:30 AM because someone was SMOKING outside my room. No alert, no call from anyone to ensure it was not a real fire. In the morning, the same person was smoking in the hall AGAIN, so obviously, nothing was done about the situation. My room smelled like smoke in the morning. If I could give this property less than a star, I would. It was expensive, outdated and the shower was not cleaned. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The staff was so friendly and over the top helpful. Even immediately offered to take our bags to the room despite the fact we only had 3 between the 2 of us. Gym was better than most hotels, pool looked to be under construction for upgrades. Breakfast was fresh and the dining area was clean. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Pool non existent and not notified prior to arrival. Very few TV channels available. Paid $350 with no discount for lack of amenities that were not communicated in advance. Quite disappointed

Pool was under maintenance but that was known before booking. While it would have been nice to have it available we were glad to know before we booked.

Hotel room Door wouldn’t close cause the hinge was broken, poor maintained place If you ask me . Bathroom looked recently remodeled and it was done poorly.

The hotel is very close to the quaint city of Chelsea. The hotel was very clean and friendly staff. Great value.

The room was super clean and fresh. Nice options for the shower head (I am short). Towels were thick. Lobby and hallways are clean.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel to where the TV in the room didn’t work. I understand that it’s a new Hotel but please make sure everything works in the rooms before booking someone in them. After a long day of traveling wanted to watch tv and it didn’t happen.
