Central location I booked and paid for 14 days on the 9 day they said I was not paid up till 30th on the 25th they told me I will loose my security deposit of 200 if I did not leave on the 25, I checked out on the 25th, they said my deposit would refunded to my account 3-5 days, tomorrow is the 5th day, I’ll call corporate 10/02/2026

I only stayed for two days and on my statement I am still receiving charges for a (347.50) (159) (228.50) (44.41) These expenses are after I finish the days, what was reserved for? and I want my reimbursement?.

The bathroom had bath towels. There was no wash clothes but I went and got some from the staff. When you book a non-smoking room you expect to stay in non-smoking room. To get off the road after 750 miles and the staff to tell you they dont have one and its the 3rd party sites fault is simply poor business. Not only the room, but the entire floor when you get off the elevator reeked super strong of cigarette smoke. It made my head hurt. It was already late and I seriously contemplated just sleeping outside on the grass clutching my room key. The room wasn't worth staying for free and it was $120 per night. I sprayed almost an entire can of Lysol just to make it bearable.

The cleanliness could of been better . The shower head was broken and the bathroom was filthy. The bed had old hair and lent , bugs crawling all over the room . Over all just dirty , I wouldn't recommend nor ever stay there again.

The staff was helpful but the room was not clean. The stove had burnt food on it and the fridge was rusty.

The front desk workers offer themselves to their customers. Very unprofessional.

The room had a horrible smell to you, the room also had mold on certain furniture. I turned the heat on and a bad burnt smell was given. Staff was so unprofessional, there was never anyone at the desk for check in or check out. Fire alarm went off and there was not announcement or urgency on the status of what was going on. There was hair in the sink and toilet prior to me getting there. Hot water took forever to come on. Sheets felt like a Brillo pad and towels were hard as well. Only thing okay was the softness of the pillows

My experience was awful. I had roaches in the microwave and in the bathroom. There was some kind of leak in the first floor room that they my son was in. All they did was put towels on the floor. There was a mildew in the refrigerator. I have pictures but this won’t let me show them. I didn’t mention the moldy smell in the room and the roach traps.

Room was in poor condition, too many issues to list. no dishes or silverware to be able to use the kitchenette.

The room door did not latch. The floor was dirty and room unprepared. The staff impersonated the manager in order to avoid a refund. Stay away.

Book something else. This place is full of long term tenants that are down on their luck.
