I booked a room it's smelled terrible did not stay trying to get my money back as we speak.. do not pay up front!!!

The room was clean and the place was very nice. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel was terrible. The desk clerk took my drivers license and said we should look at the room since the newer rooms we were not available. If not satisfactory, we could not check in and not be charged. The floor was very dirty and the refrigerator was covered with dirt or some kind of stain. It was disgusting and we told the clerk that we did not want the room. She said we would get a full refund as she said when she took my drivers license. I will never stay at a room at this hotel ever again.

This property is horrendous. I stayed as a last minute option, but will recommend no one ever stay here. The property is disgustingly filthy and smells of cigarette smoke everywhere. The rooms are in desperate need of repair and it seems as the property managers have no desire to make this a priority.

This place is nothing like it’s described on the website, I stayed here as the price was in the middle as far as budget was concerned, but it is definitely overpriced for what we got, the room was not very clean, there were items left from the person before me, the bathroom appeared to have mold on the ceiling in the shower and the bed wasn’t very comfortable, I would have left if I felt I could have gotten a refund, I only stayed here as it was close to where I needed to be for a concert, but I will never stay here again and definitely not recommend it to anyone else. Lesson learned.

Trying hard to think what I liked. The bed was not uncomfortable and I THINK the sheets were clean. I slept reasonably well, considering everything. And there was a restroom in the hall that I could use - sometimes after a 10 minute wait - which helped to make the broken toilet in our room bearable.

Secondly, there were only 2 pillows in my room, big enough for children, not adults.. The thing that made it an overall poor stay, was the mold in the bathroom.. Ceiling to floor in the bathroom. I will not be returning.

I left early because room had bugs and I need my money back

Staff were helpful and very nice. Room condition however was not good by any standard. I can’t recommend this place to anyone in its current state. You will have bugs in the room, strong smells, stains on the walls, and toiletries are an extra charge.

The hotel is dated and they have smoking options so you can smell that clearly which is a turn off for a non smoker like me. However, the staff are so kind and attentive. Joan and Wanda were super helpful courteous and helpful. It is a decent place to stay for affordability.

Interesting arrival process. They make you go "check out" the room first then come back down to sign paperwork. Which was a first for us arriving to a hotel. Well, upon inspection of the room - which was not cleaned the best....we found bed bug larva under the sheets. So we decided to leave and go to a different hotel. The staff was understanding but it seemed like they were use to that happening...given the the process of looking at the room first then sign paperwork. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is not a usual suite. There are no pans, dishes, utensils, extra blankets/pillows, very basic bed and shower stay. My wife and I stayed with our dogs-there is a $250 pet deposit that is not disclosed until check in. When we got to our room overall it appeared clean but idk the last time the floors were cleaned. I hope this review process will allow me to upload the pics as I took some of a towel that my wife and I placed on the floor for us to exit the shower… disgustingly soiled. I do not believe the floors or carpet (especially the carpet) are regularly cleaned. I would not recommend staying at this place unless they are discounting below $50

So I’m guessing this property is also a short-term rental property, they also do daily rates. I was new to the area and just needed somewhere overnight for a quick airport pickup the next morning. It was $117 for the night on Expedia, so I was at least expecting maybe a comfort suite vibes… noooo… the room smelled like cigarettes mixed with dirty carpet and pee. The refrigerator was rusting, the beds were missing the bed skirts, and the side of the fridge was dirt that hadn’t been cleaned… The device to prevent persons from breaking in your room was broken.. I don’t shower because at this point I didn’t trust the towels. The sheets seemed clean, but I slept fully dressed and with my own blanket. I’m not knocking this hotel, but I would say please update the pictures to show what the hotel actually looks like currently. At some point I can see that it was nice.

Roaches - rooms smell weird and pets are allowed which could contribute to smell

Musty room smell. Bed felt terrible. Old hair from previous stays. Electrical wires and ballast exposed in bathroom. Shower mount was broken. Broken light switches. No wonder why they have a no refund policy because I would have left and rather slept in the car.
