The location was easy to get to - right off the highway and only 10-15 minute drive to restaurants and things to do. It was well priced and fit great in my budget. Check in process was easy. I currently have an injury and requested a first floor room which they easily accommodated. There was small black hairs stuck in my shower head which was not fun to look at while showering. There was also a group of children that were riding their bikes at all hours of the night (11pm-12am) right outside my door which woke me up a few times.

Although the staff was nice I found it to unacceptable that clean linen was a problem to obtain and especially on the weekends where I was informed that I couldn't get clean linen and towels at all. WTH!?! Reprehensible and utterly ridiculous...

as soon as I turned on the shower, the water smelled like sewage. Nothing was new or updated. Bugs were comfortable there. Not going back

The size of the room was great, and it was clean. Everything that one needs was provided. The white lights in the room made it feel unwelcoming and cold. Also, everything was very bare aand utilitarian, just a place where one sleeps the night and moves on. Also, you must have a car to get anywhere from here.

the staff were kind uppon check in and check out. the fact there was a used knife in room 207(the room i had stayed in) but out side of that room was clean

The room was clean and beds were comfortable the room was a good size also. No one cleans the room while you stay there like the I had to sweep and mop the floor myself. Definitely don't keep any valuables there is no pool as advertised.

They put me on the no rent list with no explanation. And I still haven’t gotten my money back after being told I was going to get a full refund. There’s an old white guy who works overnights who is sooooo rude and rascist! They need to do something about him.

The best thing about it was the air conditioning. The toilet seat was old and crusty, the bathroom was filthy, they would not clean the room at all while I was checked in and no clean towels. I would have rather paid more somewhere else

The location I paid for a king bed. During check in, I verified the room had a king bed and was told it did. When I got the room it was a queen. Was then told they have no kings in the hotel. My wife and I do not fit on a queen and I never would have booked this.
