Best Western Chula Vista/Otay Valley Hotel

In addition, the room was very noisy throughout the night. There was a constant noise coming from the roof, and since the hotel is located next to the highway, we could also hear a lot of traffic noise. Overall, the cleanliness and noise levels made our stay less comfortable than expected.

Exceptional

Very nice

Very good

Crean room

The breakfast was delicious and the beds were so comfortable The WiFi never worked and you can’t get a good signal so my cell never rang unless I left the property

Exceptional

Located in a sketchy area; room wasn’t clean and TV did not work. Moved to another hotel after one night.

It’s close to the highway. Very convenient. The facilities needs upgrading and repair.

May daughter got room there also and they had to move 2x because of shower would drain then toilet and they didn't offer anything. My room the door to bathroom wouldn't close and the shower head fell off and they replaced with a new one.

Staff were great AC didn’t work

The reception and breakfast area was very nice and super clean. But the rooms needs to ba taken care of, it was dirty i had to buy home shoes for my kids and us to walk inside with. We could see the dust on the amenities and the cleanliness of the shower must be reviewed ! I really don’t recommend. Unless they work on that !

Great and kind staff but the room was dirty, and the AC wasn't working properly

The location There was cockroach in the room, we had to move the bed around to find it and get rid of it. There was only one towel in the room, the lobby was closed, and we checked in through side window.
