Not satisfied with the room!
-
The TV wasn’t working correctly and we were told they would fix it but it never was fixed
-
Have stayed here twice in order to go to sesame place and I just love it here. Love the breakfast in the morning and how much pride the staff takes in it. Planning to stay again tonight.

The staff was great. The breakfast was excellent. AC was not working.
-
Need lots and lots of maintenance repairs. And is smells bad
-
The room was clean, the staff were helpful.

Todo regular

So they rented out rooms knowing the ac didn’t work. Had they been up front and let us know or maybe even give a discount on the room, it would have been less of an issue. The room was sub par. We had no remote for the tv so we had to call for that as well. The bathroom was pretty crusty and they left a bunch of wall and paint pieces on the ground after replacing the ac. The staff was helpful and they were nice, but as I said, the dishonesty was quite frustrating. I’m glad they fixed the big issue of the ac. Parking was good and the distance to venues and amusement was good.

This is my go to hotel whenever I’m going to a concert at the amphitheater. Only thing is they don’t take tap so please make sure to have your debit/credit card.

When I talked to attendant, regarding the two beds, he offered to either check out or a discount, of course we stayed because it was easier, it was late and we were there already, but no adjustment was made to my bill, then when I showered I found out we had no towels, I had to call front desk to bring some

This hotel was nothing like the pictures. The hotel was run down. There was litter outside our room and thru out the property. The summing pool, the water look green and you could not see the bottom. For what we paid for this hotel we could have stayed somewhere else.
-
The room was not very clean, with stained sheets and an unpleasant odor. I attempted to purchase water from the lobby around 8 p.m., but the staff refused to sell it, claiming they had stopped selling at 5 p.m., which was inconvenient.
-
However, the food was pretty good and the staff for the most part were nice. Just was lacking a few things we otherwise would expect from a standard stay.
-
Staff were super friendly and room was well kept
-
Friendly staff peaceful stay great breakfast clean hotel overall

The place was ok. The AC was pretty nice and breakfast nice simple. The freeway can be loud at times but was mostly unnoticed. No vent in the bathroom.
-
It was perfect for what we needed and the breakfast was delicious

I reserved 2 rooms for 1 night, one room for me and another for two family members who were traveling with me. My king bed room was clean, some dust here and there, especially in the closet and on the iron stand that was in the closet but had no iron. The bed was clean, as was the furniture, and the window/wall AC unit worked great, as it was a warmer day in Chula Vista. There was a dropdown blackout panel that was a little worn out, as well as a dropdown curtain sort of thing that you could also bring down, and this probably needs to be replaced as it was quite dirty and had a pretty big stain on it. The king bed and pillows were comfy, and again, for one night they did the job. The one complaint I personally have, as my relatives two doors down didn't have this issue, was the plumbing. My toilet took forever to flush! I mean, I'd flush it and the first time I thought it was clogged, but no, the water just went around and around and... almost to the top, until it finally slowly went down. And the shower/tub was similar as the two times I showered I'd end up standing in about an inch or so of water as it was not draining properly. I literally had to step out of the tub, and rinse my feet one more time since I had been standing in the water I had just used to bathe in. Also, our rooms were on the side of the hotel that faces the freeway, and I'll just say, you can hear everything. I will end by saying the gentleman at the front desk when I checked in was friendly.

The room was comfortable and basic. The cleanliness of the room could’ve been improved upon. There were some parts of the room that I thought could’ve been cleaner and a little more updated (the carpet for example). There was a lot of noise from the nearby freeway but it wasn’t too bothersome to me once it was time to actually sleep. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. I would recommend if you’re on a budget and need something basic and reliable.
