The parking was good room for cars and busses. All staff were helpful and responsive. The breakfast was ready and tasty ever day.

We were given a room on the lower level which is where they put guests with pets even though we didn’t have any animals. The room was clean enough but did have an odd smell. Being that it was on a lower level the room had a small patio entrance but the interior of the building felt like a parking garage. The entrance to parking lot itself was also very strange as well

We arrived Thursday night with no hot water in the shower or sink and the toilet didn’t flush and it was very hot the entire night. We moved rooms the next morning, the tv didn’t work and the air conditioning unit was leaking water all over the carpet, the entire room felt damp and we saw mold. Went to use the pool and was never disclosed that it wasn’t open ( we booked specifically for the pool). Did not offer to help fix any of these issues. Would NOT recommend.

Even though there is Remodeling Almost Completed, They were Making Real Headway at Getting Alot of Things All Back in Order and We Look Forward to Returning in The Near Future. Everyone was Very Friendly and Accomodating!
