No hot water it’s dirty the beds are junk stove didn’t work it was a nightmare!!!!!!

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The entire property smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the common areas and room did not feel clean, and the room lacked basic amenities, including soap. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Simple maintenance like fixing closet shelves/racks to be able to use and knows on the stove should have been addressed prior to renting room. Front office unavailable and not equipped to handle issues when they arise. Facility should offer a 'Cart' for moving in/out efficiently, not a laundry basket on wheels. Small changes could reflect big difference.

Dogs are permitted & several children were checked in with their parents. The staff were not only friendly to their guests but to each other. The room appeared to be clean but I found a marker under the bed. A disappointing issue with the room was reserving a king sized bed & getting a queen. Was very glad I brought my own pillow. The floor edge of the door & bathroom door clearly showed damage. The table in the room had a damaged leaf. There was damage to the vanity & one of it's doors had a pull missing. The shower pan was severely stained. None of the damage made it uninhabitable. The most concerning issue is the hotel's main front door was not locked, secured or monitored. I didn't check but it makes me wonder if all the other doors were locked & only accessible with an room electronic key card.

The place is a dump. Stove didn't work when we checked in the refrigerator leaked water out onto the floor the cabinet door came off the electrical outlet and light above the stove stopped working and upon reporting these problems to the general manager we were asked to leave.

It was a good stay for my 7 days the manager, (Marcus I believe is his name was phenomenal. maintenance was very helpful also the front desk was very helpful and nice. The smell in the hallways they could also redo the whole building but that’s not the workers fault lol

This day was very limited time I asked for pet friendly when I got to the hotel it's only service animals only so I stayed standing outside waiting trying to find another hotel

The room was very comfortable and clean..The Staff was Professional and Pleasant.

When I went in they said they had no room after booking and was still charged 80 for cancellation

Room was not ready upon check in, shower curtains were missing, passive aggressive rudeness, was charged an extra 200 for hidden fees outside of the total reservation. House keeping did not come by one time despite asking several times for trash bags, and a note left on the door about refusing house keeping fee. And house keeping never came during the entire month. Passive aggressive speech when coming to rebooking. A package that was delivered was lost, and found days later after being rudely treated.
