There is nothing bad to say, from the moment I pulled in and saw the beautiful landscaping and then the front desk staff were so inviting and welcoming plus very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Every room has its own private entrance and outside your door were chairs to sit in and could relax. I will definitely be staying there again on all my visits to the Pittsburgh area. Yea it’s not a big chain with all its gimmicks and hoopla but it def made you feel like almost being at home. Also loved that it had a full size (small) refrigerator with separate freezer and not a mini fridge. I highly highly recommend this motel to everyone. A++++

The room was very clean. The refrigerator and freezer were very useful to have. The room provided everything we needed for our trip. This was a great affordable option for staying in/close to Pittsburgh.

Great place to stay! Highly recommend

The room was very clean and spacious. The landscape around the property was spectacular and very well maintained. The parking was plentiful. Was a good location and was easy to find
-
The room was clean and the staff were very kind and funny. No issues. I felt safe during my stay and it was a cute little place

Perfect little spot for visiting kennywood and Pittsburgh area !
-
Very well maintained

While it’s not the hotels fault, it is a bit of a drive into Pittsburgh. If you don’t like dealing with finding & paying for parking when heading into the city, you are better off finding a downtown hotel & walking or using public transportation.

No Breakfast. Location was decent. No Breakfast. Only Soap bar in the bathroom- no other supplies. Extremely small room, difficult to walk from entrance to washroom (tight space)

Staff was really helpful and friendly. It was a short, easy drive to restaurants & shopping, but not walkable. The TV, fridge, freezer, microwave and shower-tub are full size. Downsides were no continental breakfast. The blankets were thin, and there were no drapes on the window which made the morning bright. I'd stay here again.

Beautiful landscaping, clean newer rooms and super friendly staff! Room felt a little damp…but clean

This is a great budget hotel. We stayed here overnight to enjoy Kennywood the next day, which was a 20 minute drive away. The owners seem to take pride in a clean and well kept property. The beds were decent. The only thing we didn’t care for was the shower head with low pressure and the shower curtain/rod that kept allowing the curtain to fall open while showering. We don’t drink coffee but they had a nice coffee bar inside the lobby for those who do.

The staff are always friendly & welcoming. The room is always clean & tidy! Great location for many things. I will always choose to stay here when visiting the area!

We were in the room closest to the woods, so it was easy to take our dogs to an appropriate area to use the bathroom. Propane grills were available for use. Large refrigerator in room was a huge bonus. Plenty of hot water. The additional per dog/per night fee was unexpected and expensive. Charging a flat pet fee is preferred. Water pressure was terrible and bath tub drained very slowly. Bed sagged to the middle and were somewhat uncomfortable. In room hair dryer started on fire.
-
Cheap and clean and bed was comfortable. Good spot to crash overnight. Mostly quiet Off the beaten path. VERY humid, even with dehumidifier on. Inconsiderate guests that were drunk and loud at late hours and early in the morning. No easy way to contact the front desk to tell them about it. Room is VERY small

Our room was immaculate, and the stay was comfortable. There was one issue with a noisy room next to us, and the staff fixed it right away and were very kind. Definitely going to stay here again if I'm ever in the area
