70s vibe, clean, easy to access

These cabin-like rooms were a bit on the smaller side but excellently maintained. Room had microwave, fridge and full bar WIFI. These 3 things were most important to my 2 days stay. If you are a late sleeper, I would suggest a room away from lobby and housekeeping as I got woken up only the first day to chatter from staff. Otherwise, great hotel, location, $$. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Hot tub room was very nice and clean, and quiet. Everything was wonderful! Staff was pleasant and the morning coffee was great. The only thing I’d recommend are more towels (because of the use of the hot tub) and hooks/drying places for the towels. Will stay here again!

It was convenient to downtown and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The internet never worked for me and it was advertised as free so that was disappointing. The room was smaller than expected. There were only blinds on the windows and light came in from the lamps outside so I didn't sleep that well.

Beautiful gardens. Small but very comfortable room. The folks at the check in desk were very helpful. The hardest part of our stay was finding the driveway as our GPS couldn't. Compared to what other places charged the night before the Steelers game, this was a real deal. Coffee, ice and there were donuts in the morning. Thanks Luis

This is my second stay at this hotel and both times the staff was very helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable, clean and relaxing to stay in. If you are visiting Pittsburgh consider staying here. It may be a little distance from Pittsburgh but well worth it.

I really loved how the grass and plants were all up kept with. Definitely shows life and a warm welcome when arriving. I honestly have nothing bad to say, this was one of the best experiences I had with a motel.

This particular spot was surprisingly very pleasant! Extra clean rooms and the bathroom made me feel at home! Sounds strange, I know! But if you know you know! The lady at check in was super friendly and welcoming! Don’t sleep on this hidden gem.

This property is a little gem. The landscaping alone makes it worth visiting. Rooms are updated, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Convenient parking ground level with rooms. Staff very friendly and accessible. A great value for the price.

Room was clean, well maintained. Staff was nice. Quick and easy check in. Though we asked for recommendations for food and she stated she hadn't eaten at a couple of the places. We had the hot tub room and it was great

Overall, our stay was fine. The room felt clean including the sheets, bathroom, & hot tub. The only issue was the location of our room. It was located in the basement. You need to take a long flight of steps to access the "honeymoon suite" room (this felt odd and very sketchy). Keep this in mind if you decide to book this particular room, especially if you have issues walking or handicap. There is a very stale and musty smell as you enter the door for the stairs to get to this particular room. The only other complaint about this room, there wasn't anywhere to hang clothes (no hanging rods or hooks).

This is a good room for the price. It's small, doesn't have much room for your luggage, nor much space to hang anything if you need to hang something up. The bed was softer and less supportive on this trip than on other stays that we've been there. It has quite a large refrigerator and a microwave, but no coffee maker. There's definitely a lot of light in the room at night coming in from the parking lot so you need an eye mask if light is an issue for you. The room is clean, the shower is hot, the price is good.

Beautiful landscaping and friendly staff I would stay again if in town.
