Rooms were dusty, there was hair in the tub/shower along with a used bar of soap. The stairwell smelled disgusting. We bought a bottle of water in the lobby and had to wait several minutes to pay for it while the staff member stapled receipts together.

Don’t stay. This place is old and has not been updated at all the girls at the front desk are clueless they need to trained about customer service

They use quality products for their toiletries. No issues what so ever

This is our 2nd time staying here, the 1st time, the pool is closed so the 2nd time I called beforehand and they say it's open. But when we got there no one give us a notice that the pool will open at 12pm, whereas the website says it will open at 10am. That's the main reason of our stay, just to swim. We have a business on the afternoon after checkin til night, the only time for us to swim is in the morning. In the morning before checkout, Little did we know, it was closed, my 2 boys (5yo & 2yo) are already dressed up to swim, they even have their floaties. They were so sad and disappointed. This will be the last time we'll book here. Why is it that they open at 12nn after the 11am checkout time??

The only thing I had an issue with was the card reader to get into my room. I had to go downstairs two times to have them fix my card.
