This hotel is extremely dated. My room had tears in the carpet & the overall feeling was dingy. There are many other hotels in the area, don’t book this one.

Stayed during July. Lobby is great. Room was dank and smelled like mildew. Carpet was old and ripped so you could see the pad underneath. Windows were extremely old and not well insulated which caused the humidity to make the sheets and everything in the room feel damp like sleeping in a tent. There was a fitness room but no controlled access and no working ventilation which meant “no air” on a 90 degree day. I would probably not stay here again if given another opportunity.

I was very upset that my room was in the lobby to say. Instead of having a window to the outside to get natural light, it was a window to the lobby. Not one, but two windows. I couldn't sleep because I was so upset. No I didn't asked to be moved. Never again will I say here again. I've stayed several times before, but this was the last straw. Unhappy customer!

Great staff and good king size bed rooms.
-
Staff very helpful and no problems when I extended my stay twice. I enjoyed the hot breakfast. Room was clean and relaxing.
-
The hotel staff was nice, but the building itself is old and apparently has experienced a number of leaks. Staining on walls and ceiling tiles did not inspire confidence. Similarly, the pullout sofa could use a refresh.
-
So I got a suite. Which in Clarksville is a bedroom and a living room, separated by a wall and door. Also comes with silverware, dishes, and dishwasher. Each room has its own air conditioner.
-
It smelled like cat pee in the room. Got a new room, smelled ok until the morning then it smelled like cat pee as well Low cost for a quick sleep

Baggage carts should be near the front so when people check in they're there. In the rooms make sure that ALL the outlets work and some are extremely loose. The bathroom was ok but not 100% clean and shower curtain wouldn't stay shut. Also whenever you say spa you should specify.

Everything was clean and ready for our stay. The staff was really informative and polite. The breakfast was a little lacking - even for average continental breakfasts.
-
The breakfast Just seemed outdated and not as clean as I hoped. I wasn’t comfortable.
-
Centrally located near mall and many other stores and restaurants, but back from main road. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Can’t think of anything

The rooms were very large, beds were comfy.
-
Negatives… the only outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and there wasn’t a mirror anywhere else to see how to dry your hair. The worst “free” continental breakfast of any I’ve had.
-
Very friendly staff, spacious rooms ,clean pool and delicious breakfast.

It took longer than normal to check in and the staff member had a rude sense of humor. The room was a good size and clean. There were plenty of towels. The AC unit wasn’t working correctly. The dial is not in-sink properly so you have to guess what temperature it’s on. The breakfast was hot and delicious and worth the cost to stay at the hotel. The pool is indoors and small which was a disappointment. There’s plenty of parking around the premises and lots of places to walk to.

Property is nice, rooms were quiet and the black out shades do a great job. Hotel was in a great location not too far from 2 freeways. A lot of things to do within a half mile radius I would recommend this place and would stay here again

There was a storm that I was going to have to drive through and I was waiting it out. This housekeeper ruined a perfect score for you guys. Maybe teach them not to bang on the doors and treat your guests very rudely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, as long as you leave as early as possible.
