I really liked the suite they put us in. It was nice to have extra room when the grandchildren came to visit. The pool was very nice. I liked how big the lobby was. The staff was helpful when we had problems with our room. The breakfast was good. The rooms do need to be updated. We would definitely stay there again.

Very good stay nice room too

Clean large rooms with mini kitchen. Breakfast wasn’t great but it was free. They also wouldn’t allow you to get breakfast and eat in your room. We were visiting family so we really just slept there. Quiet and safe.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. After checking in we were on the 4th floor NO Wi-Fi, I can live with that but we are paying for it. The room had 2 AC units, one sounded like a freight train and the other the thermostat was broke so basically no AC and it was 100 degrees that day. About 9pm there was NO WATER in the hotel asked the lady downstairs and she said the water company was working on it, got up at 4AM the water finally came back on, when we went to check out the lady said that it was a scheduled water valve replacement and it wasn't supposed to be on until 7AM, WHY WOULD YOU LET PEOPLE BOOK ROOMS KNOWING THIS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called the hotels and they were experiencing the same thing will never stay at this place again, not even a little compensation for the inconvenience. The lady said oh well that's how it goes.

The rooms are extremely humid, the bathroom, especially the floor was dirty, thank goodness the bedding was clean. The front desk also appeared to be empty except for when we checked in.

No hot water for showering

The reviews said a clean room but this was not a great experience with mold in the bathroom and dirty rooms. We even found an old used wash cloth in one of the drawers. I’d avoid this property if I traveled back through the area. Front desk was very kind during check in however.

Property still had covid barrier and social distancing signs on the floor?????

Breakfast was not that good. Pull out couch Was not good you could feel the bed frame when you laid down. All the furniture had dirty spots on it. Would not go back here again. It had four stars listed and I would not give it one.

The first room we were given was awful!! Room #106 SMH! My Sister went to the desk and told how upset I was with the room. The door had apparently been kicked in prior to our stay and the repair was pitiful! The door still had a chunk out of it. The room had a strong musty smell! The bedspread had definitely seen better days. However the desk clerk (Spencer)absolutely fixed us right up with a tour of some other rooms and we found one that was much better! No musty smell, decent door, and much nicer bed linen! I really appreciate how adamant he was about making our stay pleasant! He went out of his way to satisfy us and you don’t find customer service like that anymore! The parking was good, the breakfast was really good, and I was pleasantly surprised with a decent pot of coffee.

The bed was saggy into the center and the a/c unit was very noisy.
