I liked the room and the staff The dryers in the laundry room did not work properly.

Proximity to other resources Ghetto tenants, damaged cars and damaged washing machines,

The cable tv The roaches and loud people. Also the dog barking.

I liked that they were trying to freshen the look of the lobby and room. My shower/ tub were covered in soap scum, and there was hair on the floor. I was there a week, and only given housekeeping on Tuesday, one roll of toilet paper and 2 ratty threadbare towels.

Everything was good No complaints

Decent place to stay, but the walls are pretty thin, so it can get a little noisy. Especially with the dogs barking from other rooms and in the hallways. Overall, not bad for the pricing.

This place need to be taken off of booking because its false advertising. The rooms that are being sold are not available there. And the ones that are clean and renovated are called premium and they cost more. However you only find that out once you get to the property. The bed I had in my room was broken and they had screwed a piece of unsturdy wood. We sprayed the beds for bed bugs the second night because I woke up with bites on legs. And this was n what they considered the premium rooms. On top of that they don’t give refunds! So trust me when I say this place is bottom of the barrel.

I drove 9 hrs to town and did not stay at this location. The online pics constitutes a false advertisement lawsuit. Entire place smelled like smoke. The hotel rooms were ran down. No where near what the online booking showed. It was so bad and the smoke smell in the room was so bad that I didn't even stay nor check in

It was what we call SRO. Single room only catering to itinerant to long term residents.

We didnt expect all the rules after fact we hot thr room. Wash our own towels. Buy our toilet paper. Clean our once a week. Tthrow away our own trash. Terrible rxperince

The staff, location, and how clean and quiet it was.

It wasn’t super expensive but way to expensive to not be properly taken care of. I did like that it had a fridge, and stove. Whole building smelled like smoke and so did the room! You can tell rooms are not properly cleaned especially the bathroom, rags and towels smelled like smoke, so my belongings smelled like smoke when I left. There are no smoking signs everywhere but they clearly allow it. I seen several people smoking out there windows. From outside you can see that some curtains are yellow from all the smoke. Seen the house keeper spraying and moping spots in the floor? Washer and dryers didn’t work while I was there. Very expensive to be so run down and not taken care of. Would have been fine if cheaper. Not worth the price! I was charged $60 for reserving on booking.com cheaper not to use app!

You get what you pay for, but the place needed repairs and a microwave caught on fire and the property manager tried shifting the blame when I had them replace it. Everyone else there was pleasant to deal with but if you can afford it go elsewhere

So insanely dirty and scary. The people working the front desk and housekeeping were all nice though.

Convenient to 24 Requested first floor because of arthritis in hips, didn’t get one. So no elevator either. Made stay very painful carrying stuff in and out. Was very run down from when I stayed there 3 years ago.

I didnt even stay the whole 15 days and they still havent refunded me 10 days worth of the visit.
