Quality Inn Clarksville - Exit 11

Everything was great!

The stuff was super nice the only problem I sit in the shower chair and it broke i grab a hold of the shower bars a yelled for my husband and told the front desk other than that it was a nice motel I was there to see a doctor at Vanderbilt Orthopedic

The staff was friendly, however; the hotel needs some repairs.. the whirlpool tub had large cracks and chips, as well as missing jet nozzles. The rooms overall was clean but could be better. The breakfast consisted of bagels, bread/toast, waffles, yogurt, coffee, and orange juice. The pool was closed and covered. Ample parking and easy access to a gas station, McDonalds, Waffle House, and 1 right turn from I-24. With some cleaning and repairs, could be higher rated.

The staff was helpful and kind. The beds are comfortable and the room was tidy and clean. I will recommend this hotel in the future to my co-workers and friends. Thank you for providing a perfect home base in Clarksville, TN!

Beds weren't made up daily, had to ask for clean towels. I asked them to refill the soap dispenser at the sink and it was not refilled. Would have been nice if there was a soap dispenser in the shower so we didn't have to take the little bar of soap between the sink and shower. There was a dirty wash rag hanging in the shower and also in the closet a dirty wash rag and towel when we got to our room. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked well

The location was good. The staff was super friendly and professional and was probably the best part of the hotel. We would probably try and stay again to give it a second chance because of how friendly the staff was. There was a weird smell one of the days throughout the hotel. And the AC seemed to go out. I think someone had went into our room when we weren’t there but it wasn’t housekeeping because that wasn’t done. We noticed some chairs had been moved in the room and some other things.

My bathtub stopped draining. Otherwise it was great

Broken ice machine on 2nd floor, broken equipment in fitness room, bike. Tub was in severe need of some deep cleaning, Elevator seemed to be on its last legs, frequently would stop between floors. Carpet in hallways was in poor shape and smelled awful. Rarely was there someone at front desk. I had to make a phone to find someone to check me in. I will not be staying here again.

Nothing The staff was always missing, the room was dirty, the bed sounded like it was going to break when I sat down, the hot food at breakfast was cold and improperly held. The sausage was so cold the grease and fat turned solid ahain

The place was clean and comfortable. We were just stopping on our way to a vacation elsewhere so it fit our budget and our desire for a clean comfortable overnight. The clerk at check in was pretty rude, acting like we were interrupting her from more interesting activities by asking her to check us in. The clerk at check out the next morning was much more friendly. The breakfast was not worthy staying for, so we just got on the road.

Old motel that might be slowly undergoing renovation. The lobby was welcoming and in great shape. The rest of the motel looked worn and needing refurbishment. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room price was lower than most Quality hotels and so we felt we had not overpaid for our room. The breakfast was substandard for a Quality motel. Variety of offering was limited.

Very close to where I had to go to The bug on the bed, the dead bug on the floor and the ants
