Was a peaceful stay and everything was lovely I liked everything

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.......the maintenance person Charlie was exceptionally friendly and helpful and informative not to mention he is very handsome but in all reality the entire staff was very sweet. I can't tell you how disappointed I am that it's closed now and I won't be able to stay anymore. I will miss the pools and the hot tub it was such a fantastic set up unlike any other, kid friendly and pet friendly and such a huge disappointment that now I have to find another place that surely won't measure up. This saddens me and I most assuredly won't ever get to know Charlie I'm sure he's a great person as well.

The room itself was clean. Though, there was an armchair in the room that was so filthy. The arms of the chair were sticky, there was so much thick dirt on the arms. Probably had never been cleaned. Needs to be replaced. Very disappointed in my stay.

The room was clean . The location was close to a lot of things the breakfast was great a lot of choices. Would stay there again.

Rooms were extremely clean. The pools were wonderful. Customer service was extremely wonderful. For some reason I had booked a smoking room when I actually smoke outside. I never smoked in my home just go out side. They were kind enough to move my room. I would definitely recommend. Thank all of you for your hospitality. Will definitely be back.

The room had mold on the walls and carpets. The paint was peeling everywhere. There was garbage under and behind furniture, meaning it was not properly cleaned. Smelled musty. Bed had broken springs. Very disappointed.

The breakfast was awesome , the staff in the morning wiped down all the chairs and floors around the pool area. I will stay here again my husband and I had a wonderful time.

This Quality Inn was better than more expensive places. I don’t know why, but they have 2 pools, sauna, and the biggest free breakfast I’ve seen. When I booked I was skeptical about Quality Inn’s. Some are not nice, but this one is very good. The staff is great. Very kind, helpful and they don’t seem miserable at their jobs. As far as this price point, they exceed all expectations. It’s not luxurious, but it’s nice.

Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel where breakfast is offered as part of the room rate. Incredible buffet, and I appreciated it felt like a restaurant with seating and a wait staff. Sooo many choices, so there is something for everyone. Room was very clean. Rooms certainly need to be updated but are clean, but they are a great choice for a stay over on a long trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
