The location This hotel had no running water and no electricity but I have yet to receive a refund for the 4 days I paid for my stay. No one wants to help me, I just keep getting the run around.

The ceilings have water damage and the pool looked like something from a horror film.

The location was perfect and super convenient Everything about my stay was horrible. I booked a 4 day stay. Checked in on a Thursday. Friday no running water, Saturday no electricity. I had to leave for these reasons and had to go to another hotel but not I’m fighting to get my money back

Restaurant staff especially the lady on duty during breakfast was super friendly, professional and courteous. It was super noisy. Loud noises I could hear so disturbingly at 3 am in my room. Heard there was even a fight on the 6th floor. Mentioned it to the assistant manager on duty the next morning as I was checking out and he seemed very unbothered by it.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The inside of the shower wasn't the best- curtain had some mold on the bottom

We had to change rooms 3 times due to leakage from bathroom ceiling. Other families that stayed at hotel had toilet issues and had to come to the lobby to use the bathroom. My hotel room smelled of mildew, and I felt like the rooms were not updated with USB outlets, lamps for the desk. The location was centrally located to expressways, gas stations, CVS, eataries Rooms need to be updated, carpet in rooms need to be cleaned. I believed that's where the smell was coming from.

They had fast food restaurants and a liquor store The restaurant was out of basically everything on the menu and the beers were expensive

Staff had to check us into 3 rooms. First was ALREADY OCCUPIED, second had a beeping smoke detector, the third was ok.

It was clean Service was bad. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we had to fight for it. Breakfast was bad and no AC in the dinning room. The pool was also broken and had chairs in it. The training room was missing equipment.

Clean rooms. Good location. Breakfast wasn’t free on weekends. Pool was closed while we were there due to putting chemicals in it. It was disappointing but not the end of the world.

The room was clean No AC in hotel lobby or breakfast area. It was so hot that it made breakfast miserable. According to other guests it?s been like this for weeks.
