Best place to spend the night, staff and price of the room was the best part of my booking

This time I didn't have the same experience. Hardly slept as the AC hardly worked. Even though it was set at 70 it never made it under 75. The towels were also stained, terrible job in the room, and when asked non-smoking or smoking room. I shared I don't smoke, and would like a non smoke room. As I opened the door, I turned around as the smell of smoke was that strong in which he apologized and shared he missed hear me, and moved me to a non-smoke room which had a slight musky smell. Completely different experiences between my first and last stay at the hotel.

Very clean, appliance is new. Respectful staff.i havent had no problem and will recommend this hotel. I will support them Everything, after a hard day at work or vacation..its cozy

I checked in and looked at the decaying room and the filthy sheets and the bathroom was totally unacceptable.. Not to mention the drunken party going on and people trying to get money, cigarettes, etc from me. I was afraid to even go outside. I definitely felt unsafe and and threatened. I immediately went to the office and requested my $50 cash only deposit returned and asked the desk clerk to check me out. He said I'd have to contact Booking.com to request my refund for the one night. Everything

1. Roaches everywhere, completely unacceptable. I’m allergic to roaches severely. I’ve been to hotels where here and there you’ll find one or two, but everywhere I looked there were roaches, especially at bedtime which made me feel unsafe to fall asleep. 2. I called ahead before booking and asked what the minimum age to check in was, the man on the phone said 18+, I am 19. I arrive after booking and the woman at the front desk was very rude to my husband and I when she realized we were 19, and she almost tried to say we couldn’t stay despite us asking ahead of time and already having booked the room. She let us stay but she lectured us about how teens misbehave and how we aren’t to do that and I found it discriminatory and rude. We were guests like everyone else and she did not even know us to assume such awful things like that. Very VERY rude woman.

When we got to the hotel we were told we had to leave a cash deposit that was never mentioned when booking the room. When we got to the room the bed top blanket had cigarette burns all over it, the sheets had yellow stains, and the bathroom towels had stains on them. The bed was rock hard. The furniture was all falling apart. There was a chemical like smell and the a/c was not keeping the room cool. The shower head was rusted and there was barely and water pressure. If we hadn't gotten into town about midnight we would of looked to find somewhere else to stay.

The room was extremely outdated, dirty, and covered with stains and damage on the walls and furniture. It was the first time in my life that I avoided going back to my room because it felt so disgusting. To make matters worse, on my last morning the key cards stopped working. When I went to the front desk for help, the staff member was rude, complained to me, and threw the key card back at me. I felt completely disrespected. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place

Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever been to. Moldy, roaches, tried to tell me I l wasn’t getting a room with king bed when that’s what I payed for. Very scary room.

the room appliance were broke, the wall needs to be painted, the little small bathroom need to be replace totally

A/c ran constantly, roof had leaked and flooded the room. Ceiling was poorly painted over stains, bathroom door was mildewed, lighting was poor, no table lamps, no clock, trim was missing, tiny vanity was falling off the wall, no hot water so no shower! I will never stay in a Rodeway again!

Not bad, kind of oldish building but the room was very comfortable and the water was nice and toasty for my shower

Clean, easy Out-dated fiztures

This place was completely unacceptable. I booked for two nights but left at 6:30 in the morning after the first night with no sleep, as it was filthy and I felt like bugs were crawling on me all night. There was no one in the office to assist me or provide a refund for the night I did not stay, and despite reaching out, I have received no response. I have photos available if needed.

The property is very rundown roaches in the room bathroom door didn’t even close horrible accommodations

This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. We rented 3 rooms in total for one night because we wanted to enjoy Clearwaterbeach, BIG MISTAKE! The rooms smelled horrible! There were holes in the walls, mold in the bathrooms with visible water damage. The floors were dirty, the linens were filthy, towels dingy and stained. THERE WERE LIVE ROACHES running around and my son had 2 (what we think were)fleas on him. We spent WAY too much money to sleep in a place worse than a dumpster.
