While I was offered and accepted housekeeping service daily versus their standard service every third day, I was forced to exchange my towels, bath mat, hand towels, and wash cloths 3 times in the six days I stayed at the Cleburne Hampton. In addition, the hotel had two elevators but only one of them was operational!!! On the bright side, the breakfast was very well maintained and the staff were very helpful, especially Desiree and Faith.

Hotel was clean near many local eateries. Suite had a desk chair that was broken, toilet did not fill with water without manual adjustment, and shower was subpar. Staff was responsive, parking was good.

The elevator was not working the entire time we were there. Also, we stayed multiple days, but the room was not cleaned each day we stayed, contrary to the hotel's stated policy of cleaning the room every day.

The staff was so amazing!!! It was a storm outside and the staff let us check in early!!! From start to finish our stay was exceptional There was nothing to not like!!!

Especially a fan of the biscuits and gravy but over all breakfast was very good Liked entire visit, courtesy, customer service! Pool area a bit warm for parents not choosing to swim.. but we loved the pool area.

We enjoyed the little blond that was working the breakfast i believe she just started, she was so helpful and her co-workers also. we will recommend this hotel to friends and family when they travel through Cleburne.

I was pleasantly greeted and helped with exceptional care from Desiree and I can not say enough about Shayna whom assisted me with serious phone issues, aiding me with resolving not having addresses and phone contacts to get where I needed to go. It was a highly stressful time for me with my brother's funeral and I could not have stayed calm without Shayna her kindness and professionalism was exemplary.
