Everything about our stay was wonderful. Room and common areas were clean, updated, and comfortable. Every staff member we dealt with was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious with real food, not just the oatmeal packets and white bread found with other free breakfasts. Free coffee available earlier than breakfast in the lobby was a great bonus. We did not use the pool, fitness area, or laundry, but they all looked clean as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We asked a gentleman for places to eat and he said nearby only fast foods. Then we spoke to a lady and she was nice in giving us a list of restaurants in the area. We ended up eating at Bob Evans I believe 2 miles away. Room: The room was clean and had all the amenities. We did notice that one bed was not so comfortable probably because it is more used than the other one primarily because it is in front of the TV. Bathroom was clean and excellent amenities but felt the shower was to long and the faucet was far from the actual shower. Shower head too high and could not change. Shower floor seemed more slippery than usual and nowhere to hold on. I was told by staff we did not order for disable customers. I feel if the floor is somewhat slippery you don’t have to be old or disable to accidentally fall, my opinion. Not impressed with breakfast buffet. Display is in a very small room, too many people trying to serve themselves which made it very awkward to move around. Parking was ok

The check in was quick and easy. We asked for a late check out and they agreed with no hassel. The breakfast was awesome, so many choices. The only thing we needed was tissues in the room and body wash or a bar of soap. There was only hand soap near the sink, the shower body wash was missing. Everything else was great!

Breakfast was very good too, and everyone who works there liked making all of the guests feel at home.

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous.

This a great property, we lived the kitchen. There’s a grocery store next door plus fast food places close by. Also had laundry that we did not use but it nice to have the option especially if you are travelling with kids. The hotel was super clean, room was spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommend.
