The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast offered not only the usual waffles, sausage, omelettes, and muffins but it also included an amazing breakfast bar with fresh fruit, and cottage cheese. We will definitely stay here again!

Exceptional

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very good, the food had excellent quality above other hotels we had stayed at in Central Florida. The rooms have everything you need, from toiletries, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, even a dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Overall, the hotel is very clean and is located in a very quiet area with plenty of parking. There is a Walmart nearby and a Sprouts market next door. They have a happy hour with a small buffet Monday thru Wednesday and the food is plentiful. But the best part is the staff. Every staff member we interacted with was very nice and extremely helpful. I want to make a special mention of Kelandre and Edlyn who go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The gentleman that worked at the happy hour from August 17 to the 19 was also outstanding, I did not get his name but thank you for making that happy hour special. He went above and beyond making sure everybody was having a great time at the happy hour. The walk in shower was a bit slippery,

It was accessable for me and family of individual I traveled with. IIt was spacious and clean. Overall it was nice but a few things need tweaking. I came back from a long day of being out in the hot heat. I had no clean towels and beds and room was never cleaned or tidied. This happended through out my stay and I had to call desk and ask for clean linen and towels. They were always saying that they were the only staff on site and could not leave front desk area. I had to wait a while until the could bring to me as I was traveling with a disabled individual that could not manage to get back down with me to lobby area. It was not good. If I was stasying one day I could see but we had been there for 5 days 4 nights. Also the Orange juice dispener did not work durning breakfast and it was the only other drink besides coffee or tea. So this being broken was a hardship for patrons

Location and the cleaniness of the facility. Some of the staff were appropriate and professsional. the size of the room was nice. overall the room was comfortabe No clean towels and Bed linen daily. We had to ask numrous tiimes for these items. Then we had to wait until they could bring to room as I was traveling with a disabled individual. The juice dispenser wass not working for the breakfast in the am. So that meant limited as to options for drinks. Clean nice hotel but roomservice needs to do better with ensuring that rooms get ckeaned and refreshed daily with towels and clean linen and empting the trash recipicales

Pleasant

Staff set up my baby crib. Got late check out. Didn't get to use the pool :( First thing I noticed was no cover when unloading luggage at front door. It was pouring right before I arrived. I would of been so mad if I had to get soaked unloading everything with a baby also. Also something I hated was the curtains didnt close ( see thru ) no blinds. Sun came in early in the morning. Wasn't a fan of that. There was also a dresser in the closet. No room to hang my clothes. Otherwise great place
