Everything was fantastic

Room was vey clean and large, Breakfast had a great variety and the breakfast area was very clean and well organized.

Everybody was so friendly and helpful. My hat is off to whomever trained the team. I will definitely stay there again

Booked through a third party in May. When I got there on my first reservation day on July 31 they could not find my reservation. After several minutes of waiting, the desk attendant returned and said they had cancelled my reservation that morning because they had ran the card on file that morning to secure the room, but it was declined. They should have called or sent me an email before just canceling my reservation. Or, at the very least let me know in advance that they would run the card first thing in the morning, and that the card on file was expired. I had received a new card the first part of July, so that one was no longer valid. Reservation should not have been cancelled until the next day, had I actually not shown up for the reservation. It took approximately half an hour to get things straightened out, when there should have never been a problem. That’s how my trip started. Also, the food was not very good. The television turns off twice every night, and there was no way of setting it up so it wouldn’t. Other than that, the place was clean, and the staff was nice.

I had a wonderful visit. The staff was phenomenal. My room was clean and everyone was eager to help when I needed. I truly enjoyed my stay.

the rooms are very large an spacious. Staff very helpful. i didn't see the pool. There are a lot of lounge chairs, but not a lot of dining tables for breakfast so many people having breakfast sitting in lobby chairs.

Check in staff person was very courteous, knowledgeable efficient and professional and went above and beyond to make us feel special and respected as customers.

From the smooth check-in process to helpful recommendations, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with top-tier hospitality. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return!

This is by far, the best property we’ve been from our many travels. We were attending a wedding in Winter Garden and picked this property since it was just a 9 mile drive to Winter Garden. This property is a gem. It is new, very clean, very nice everywhere you look. The room is excellent. It is spacious, with a kitchen and living room, beautiful room and bathroom. Breakfast is the best. Beyond expectation. Staff is very attentive and courteous. Corey at the front desk was very professional and helpful. This is not a paid review. I really love this place. Would stay here next time we are in Orlando. Would recommend for longer stays with families.
