WoodSpring Suites Orlando West - Clermont

Ridiculously overpriced for what little there was (no breakfast or pool). Rude staff. Lobby bathroom downstairs was always locked, with no explanation. There were not enough towels in the room (only had one, but 3 people in the room) and when I told them, they told me I had to come down in an hour to get them myself. One of the beds didn't have any pillows, so we had to ask for that too. WiFi was broke for a long while, which was very annoying because I couldn't do my remote work on the laptop, and when it finally came back on, they had a ridiculous login system that was limited to only one device per room. Found cockroaches in the bathroom and hallway. Only bars of soap (no shampoo or body wash).

Had no clean towels in our room . Showered went to grabb the towel and their wasnt one.. The room smelled like bug spray horribly.

For stay one night is good, pillows very uncomfortable, we asked for towels, just one on the room and the other ones they gave us were dirty they need new towels and pillows for sure. I forgot my suitcase no body called me, I realized I don’t have it and when I call they told me they got it, the rest was good

The staff was amazing, particularly the Asian lady at the front desk. My only gripe would be with the lack of fresh towels as well as the shower needing an update. All things considered, it was a fair stay for the price.

Everything presented well, but had an unwelcoming smell. Did not smell bad just was a funny smell. Still waiting on my check in deposit to be returned.

The room was clean and the linens were clean. The clientele was sketchy. The hotel smelled bad, the hallways and elevator smelled like food, cigarettes and marijuana. The kitchen had no utensils, cups or anything to cook with. What’s the point of a kitchen?

the room smelled like mold, the mattress was sitting on just rails with wheels, the AC was moldy and humid, I walked in and walked right out of there.

The room was dirty, the bed creaks like the springs were broken, the pillows were small & out of shape. Worst of all, we found a cockroach on the bed, when we pulled down the cover. Will never ever go back to this hotel again.

Really outdated. Bed was similar to those guest beds that fold up. It was very squeaky. A desk would've been nice but all they have is a table with a chair. Even the linen looked like it was from the 80s.

Property was conveniently located. Only think I didn’t like was being on first floor and I could hear all the people taking on the outside all night.
