The room I had was terrible. No working phone to call the lobby, no wall covers for the plug outlets. Hole in bathroom ceiling where the vent should have been. No fitted sheet on the bed just a large sheet that wasn't even tucked. Ironing board but no iron and the headboard had hand and footprints visibly like ot doesn't get wiped down! I only had 1 towel, 1 washcloth for 2 visitors. Looked NOTHING like the pictures and I will never go back!

Good for a cheaper cost. Has plenty parking. Shower in bathroom is hot. Bath room sink continued dripping. Building needs to replace the hallways carpet. I give the 3 score.

Broken Ice machines, no fitness center, roaches in the room. floors wet from the air conditioner, sketchy parking lot, police always on site. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!

Great location convenient to shopping, the lake, and major highways It’s a formerly nice conference center and hotel complex that is completely run down.

Need more cleaning the rooms no good

Stayed in room 258, had a clogged toilet...and room was smelly.. .

I had a place to rest my head, this is all I really expected. It was in bad shape, drapes did not adequately cover window, hair dryer was falling off wall and did not work, tub was stained, carpet wash likely dirty. But, I just wanted a place to sleep and for $74, it delivered about what I could reasonably expect, given the location.

The price was affordable. I don't like that all these hotel chains used to be nice facilities with swimming pools and breakfast in the morning. Over the years the owners let everything go to crap. The pools all closed down because it costs money to maintain. Breakfast/coffee costs money to

The room we had we nasty, there was hella hair all in the sheets the changed our rooms then that room was not right I will never go back again
