Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. no ice the internet wasn't strong enough for my laptop kept pausing had mold in the toilet. Tried to cancel they wouldn't give me my money back this hotel was just horrible

The curtains is broken couldn’t close all the way. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Room was a mess

First, there is a bulletproof glass at the reception desk. The attendant was less than attentive. It is not very clean. It smelled like marijuana. There are no amenities. We will never stay here again nor would I ever recommend it. The fact that Expedia has it on their site they should be embarrassed about.

Just horrible

We did not even stay, it was creepy. They confirmed that it was an inside pool on the telephone prior to the reservations being made. I wanted to take my granddaughters swimming the whole purpose of the stay for fun and relaxation. We left without even going to our rooms. There were sketchy characters going in and out and we did d not feel safe. There was a car parked by the entrance with the back window missing and covered with a garbage bag.

My daughter needed a motel room last minute lastnight due to the baseball game being delayed and was going to be too tired to drive home, we were grateful that your establishment had rooms available, however after she got into the room, she said it was not clean, the sheets had stains, little black spots and black hairs..she was then too nervous to go ask for a different room because she figured they would all be this way and the staff made her feel uncomfortable, so she dropped the room keys off and left, was in that room not even 30 mins and left.

I liked nothing. I walked into room stains on bedding spots.i walked out found nd other hotel. No refund of money.

Decent room for the money, but I hate carpet in a room. The walk-in shower was wonderful!! Big negative for me was NO ICE MACHINE. Other than that, it was acceptable for the price.

Great 😎 I been happier 😇

The facility is in need of major renovation. All carpets, washrooms, all sheets and blankets need to be changed. Smoking should not be allowed. We found cigarette butts under the mattress. HELP!

No pool! Gross, the lobby hasn’t been cleaned in a while from the way it looked floor boards were filthy, the chandelier had so many spider webs and even had a cockroach in it, it’s in one of my pictures I shred, absolutely no directions to the nearest fire escape, the pool that’s advertised is empty. The breakfast nook consists of a microwave, the room smelled like wet dog, was filthy. Hairs I between the sheets, pubic hair by the pillows, bed bug droppings on sheet protectors. The dressers had stuff spilled in them, fake nails under the bed along with god only knows what else, it’s pictured. The sheets had yellow stains all over. We stayed 10 minutes and checked out. My receipt is pictured with same check in and out dates. On the way out we saw mattresses being dragged to the dumpster that were covered with bed bugs. My boyfriend pictured them and is posting them in his review. This is a place to come if you want to end it all. The front desk staff was nice.

Worst hotel I ever seen in my entire life.. Wow we not gonna begin to discuss the drug and prostitution activities wow!!!

The staff were pleasant. Parking in front of the building is plus. There was no noise issue. The room smelled wet requiring to have the A/C on—thanks for the A/C. The furniture was outdated, the carpet appeared to not have been cleaned in a few years, the bathroom appeared to have had previous mold build up. I appreciated that the bathroom was big enough for ADA customers, including the safety latch and peephole. For the price this is what you get. (Not here to complain.) If your sleeping arrangements change on you the last minute know what to expect with availability of hotels within proximity at night time. Definitely plan ahead. The lobby is huge, would’ve loved to see sitting area, a business center and breakfast.

Good cheap motel, not too sketchy. Nice parking lot for how close it is to Cleveland. Our room was clean and didn’t smell.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a hazard to your health and needs to be reported to the health department (which will be my next step). The pictures for this place are not accurate. The lobby is nasty. Floors are covered in dust and dirt and who knows what else. The place smells like weed. Cigarette butts all over the stairwell. Cigarette butts in the room. Pillows are stained yellow. Pillow cases and sheets are stained. Fecal matter on the toilet seat. Electric outlets are not covered. Bugs in the room. Drawer handles are all sticky. We checked out within 2 hours of being there.
