Worst hotel I ever seen in my entire life.. Wow we not gonna begin to discuss the drug and prostitution activities wow!!!

The staff were pleasant. Parking in front of the building is plus. There was no noise issue. The room smelled wet requiring to have the A/C on—thanks for the A/C. The furniture was outdated, the carpet appeared to not have been cleaned in a few years, the bathroom appeared to have had previous mold build up. I appreciated that the bathroom was big enough for ADA customers, including the safety latch and peephole. For the price this is what you get. (Not here to complain.) If your sleeping arrangements change on you the last minute know what to expect with availability of hotels within proximity at night time. Definitely plan ahead. The lobby is huge, would’ve loved to see sitting area, a business center and breakfast.

Good cheap motel, not too sketchy. Nice parking lot for how close it is to Cleveland. Our room was clean and didn’t smell.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a hazard to your health and needs to be reported to the health department (which will be my next step). The pictures for this place are not accurate. The lobby is nasty. Floors are covered in dust and dirt and who knows what else. The place smells like weed. Cigarette butts all over the stairwell. Cigarette butts in the room. Pillows are stained yellow. Pillow cases and sheets are stained. Fecal matter on the toilet seat. Electric outlets are not covered. Bugs in the room. Drawer handles are all sticky. We checked out within 2 hours of being there.

This was a very nice hotel for the price. Room was very clean, bed comfortable location was great. Staff helpful. Would stay again

Stain all over, bad smell with loads of noise all night.

Needs to be completely scrubbed from top to bottom and get new linens from the beds to the showers and windows. Showers and window seals as well as AC units needs scrubbing badly.

The ruins weren't clean the bathroom had scum all around the floors the tubs there was hairs in the carpet that you can see is showing obviously had pets there was no animenities there was nothing for the price of the room and it was overpriced and then they can't be nice about you being late a little bit they're really going to cancel the rooms

It was dirty… dirt and hair in every area of the bathroom (it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for multiple visits), stains on the comforters, and a joint on the windowsill. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke and gave me a headache. The highway traffic was loud, but the toddler next door in an extended stay room was even louder (and up past 1:00 am). It was probably my second-worst hotel stay ever.

Filthy outdated poor customer service overall the worst experience of a hotel I’ve ever been to EVERYTHING

We stopped for a one night stay on our way to Cleveland. Our room and bathroom were clean. The AC worked fine and our stay was comfortable and quiet. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The property is under renovation in certain areas, so some might not like atmosphere due to work in progress. The parking lot is huge and the location is next to the highway.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. The whole building smelled like cigarettes and weed, the room was the worst. Literal grime on the walls. I went to the room then left the property immediately and found a different hotel.

Clogged washroom

Listed as a 3-star hotel. 2-star would still be a lie. Rooms were not cleaned properly, hair in the corners of the bathroom and debris along the sides of main room due to not being vacuumed properly. Only one towel per room, staff said they could give us only one more. Pervasive smoke and weed smell throughout the hotel including in nonsmoking rooms. Looks like it was a nice property once upon a time but near abandoned condition now. Would have gotten a refund and found somewhere else if it had not been late and we didn't want to relocate.
