Quality Inn Cleveland North

Stayed for 4 nights with a service dog. I am originally from Cleveland, but my residential home was occupied so I booked this hotel and had much higher expectations pulling into a “Quality Inn” than what was seen. The hotel is a bit outdated for the cost, there are several others in the area that were more budget friendly and likely would be the same style. At check in, the man at the desk was not pleasant. I informed him I was traveling with a service animal, and you may ask if it is a service dog and I can tell you she is a medical service animal. ADA law prohibits you from knowing the exact service my dog provides, as well as HIPPA laws. Following this, he asked if I wanted a king room, smoking or non smoking, I told him a king non smoking room, and informed him that this was all selected when I did my reservation and he states “well I’m asking” in the worst tone from someone who is in a professional business. I understand wanting to make sure you are putting someone where they have requested to be, but speak to them kindly. You never know the kind of day someone has had prior to arriving in your hotel. Overall, the stay was decent and all other staff were pleasant and helpful. The prices are a bit much however when there are nicer hotels a block away for the same price.

I had two business trips in the area in September. I stayed at this property both times and both times I was extremely pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. The room is very spacious and nice appointments. I was very comfortable. It’s very quiet and close to shopping and food. It’s a terrific location. The only downside is that there is no elevator to take luggage up and down. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here and will schedule all future travel at this hotel.

The manager was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met, and the hotel overcharged me $100 on my credit card.

Clean room, great breakfast and the staff is absolutely amazing every time we stay!! We will see you guys next Friday.

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever seen. I travelled for 20 yrs for my job....this place is outstanding ?

I have stayed at the hotel more than once. Hotel is dated but clean and comfortable.

Everything was great overall, especially the customer service. Everyone was very kind and helpful. However, the room had a very strong mold-like smell, and the bed frame had quite a few visible stains that appeared to be related to mold. The sheets also felt damp/humid, which made the stay a little uncomfortable. I really hope this can be addressed because otherwise, everything else was great.

Very clean and comfortable. An older building but for the price was perfectly comfortable and nice. Staff were kind and helpful and breakfast was very nice too.

Great place to stay for the price! The rooms are always clean the bed is awesome. The staff always accomidate special request and are always helpful. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cleveland TN!!

Rooms decorated nicely and towels were nice.

The hotel was just ok. Nothing to fancy. Clean room and the beds were comfortable.

I would stay here again. The hotel was right adjacent to the highway, so it was loud while in the pool. The pool also needed to be skimmed but the water itself was cleaned. Breakfast was standard American fare: instant scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels and muffins, waffles, fruit, and tiny flavored yogurts.

Bathroom tub faucet leaked a lot. Like a slow run constant. Room smelled musty. Can tell they are trying to cover that up with a fragrance. Breakfast was sub par.

The room was good and served its purpose. The beds was comfy and it was quiet on our floor, which was great!! Close to where I was working all weekend!! The toilet wasn’t cleaned on top. There was dry urine on top of the seat so I had to clean it before using and my boyfriend and I had to sweep the pool before any of us could really get in and swim.

Mold between bed and night stand. Ac was very cranky and loud. Smelt pretty bad.

breakfast ended at 9, we overslept, got down there about 8:55 and everything was already put away.
