Place was well maintained. Staff very helpful.

I would give this property an overall rating of 2.

It was ok. I didn’t know it was a motel when I booked. I didn’t know best western had motels.
-
Hotel room was fine, a little dated and need of some minor upkeep. The hotel pool was cold and the floor of the pool was peeling. Hot tub was not operational

Exceptional

It was kind of noisy, street traffic, guests. Apparently high school teams like to stay here, so breakfast was useless. Not enough tables for guests while the "teams" were eating. They pretty much blocked the food area and took up all the tables. Esy access to major roadways was the only plus for this property which is showing its age.

It was simple and right for what we were looking for, a nights rest after a long day driving. The breakfast was quite good.

Superb

Check in was easy and the staff very pleasant through out our stay. Our room was very clean although dated. We enjoyed facing the courtyard which definitely cut down the nearby interstate noise. The toilet seat in our room about fell off when I sat down. I tightened it enough to keep it on, but they should probably check all of the rooms for that as those things loosen up over time. The bed was very comfortable but pillows weren’t great. Breakfast was pretty good. The coffee was not replaced often enough to keep it hot and the hot water was just barely hot enough to brew a tea bag. We were very disappointed that hot tub was broken. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Everything about it was great. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was superb. Our room was on the first floor and it opened up on to a lovely large patio with tables and chairs. The place is a gem!!!

The staff were amazing, the room was clean, no issues with finding parking, and our stay was for one night did not use all amenities. The location of the hotel was great. Restaurant's were walking distance of the hotel. Overall, great experience with the hotel.

Very good

We had 3 guests and one had to sleep on the sofa bed. When gathering up the bedding, there was a bed bug. We took it to the attendant at the desk and he confirmed it was indeed a bed bug. I wrote a note telling what happened and the attendent was going to leave it for the manager as soon as she hot in. The guest had over 5 bites, itchy and inflamed. The other problem was that the drain ran extremely slow so you were standing in about 12 inches of water. Would not recommend and would not stay there again. Have yet to hear back from Best Western .
