Baymont by Wyndham Clinton

It is exactly what you pay for. Expedia says there's a pool, but it's "under maintenance." I bet it always will be. It was fine for a night, but I wouldn't stay for any longer than that.

The girl at the front desk checking me in with pink in her hair asked me if i hated myself because of the shirt i was wearing. I have never been so shocked from blatant disrespect. Definitely will be talking to management.

Pool was closed and there were urine stains on sheets

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Multiple room keys didn't work and people had to return to the front desk because we couldn't enter our rooms. The pool was never opened, and the fitness room was inaccessible. The parking was adequate. Housekeeping staff were exceptional.

AC was noisy but cooled well Our room had tug noticed 2nd floor rooms had vinyl flooring which is better to clean on daily basis. Rugs are more apt to retain unwanted microbes. Color of room to me not pleasing or relaxing compared to what we had at another Wyndham motel. Liked the picture.

Staff was great. Room clean. Close to stores and restaurants. Will book room there again.

We stayed for 4 nights & during that time we had a few issues, but they were addressed in a timely manner. We did not want housekeeping during our stay, but had fresh towels upon request. We will stay there again in the future. The maintenance man, Chase was very helpful.

The building is not kept up. Clean overall. TV didn’t work in our room. There were questionable stains on the ceiling. Breakfast was minimal.

The key card would not work for the room. They gave a regular key that they handed to everyone if their key cards didn’t work. Not sure but it might be a master key. Didn’t feel to safe once I saw that. The carpet was dirty and sticky all over. The bed sheets had stains looked like a bowel movement on them. Also the cover at the end of the bed looked like it had an old dried up sperm stain. The air conditioning unit was broke and the outlet cover was broke. I would never stay at this location again.

Balu was absolutely amazing and so kind and I thank him from the bottom of my heart for being there for me!

The bed was comfortable. The a/c was great. The only positives. Probably was a wonderful option 25 years ago. As we checked in, the desk informed us the pool was closed, which was fine as we were not planning on using it. But then noted the exercise room was also closed, which was not mentioned. This would have been a game changer, but it was too late. No amenities available at all. Got to the room. The couch was visibly stained. The vent had old fuzzy dust around the register. Room had a nodescript old odor. No hair dryer in the room. Had to ask for it at the desk, which thankfully, was available. The breakfast was a classic continental style with waffles. A meager smattering of unsubstantial offerings. To top it off, the front entry reeked of weed as we were leaving. I would not stay again.

Pool is under construction. If you have kids that plan to swim, expect disappointment. Staff were friendly, check in was easy, parking is great.

They could post that the pool is closed. Otherwise excellent all the way. We will be back. Hopefully the pool will be open then.

A/C in room was rigged. TV did not work. Pool was closed. Sink in bathroom was dammaged.

Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Toilet handle was broken, card keys wouldn't work and had to be let in by staff and if we left our room would not be able to get in. Smelled like Marijuana and was dirty.
