Everything was wonderful!

The room was absolutely incredible, the view of the hills and the trees changing from our balcony were breathtaking! The staff was all super helpful, including the folks at Bistro210. My wife has celiac disease and they were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to her dietary needs! This is definitely our new tradition for our anniversary, and we'll have to come back when there's snow to see the resort in full swing!

Stayed in the area for a wedding. Resort was convenient to the venue. Arrived after 8:00PM and checked out by 9:00AM. We didn’t have time to use the amenities. We would have stayed elsewhere if there were more options in the area, but it is limited unfortunately. Pricing is high for the quality of the resort, but we paid for the convenience and lack of options.

Everything was great for an off season stay. We will definitely return when we can utilize the entire facility.

The toilet in the room was extremely low and the shower surroundings were dirty. The toilet was too low.

This hurts a little to write, as i don't really like to complain. That said, we went out of our way to spend the extra money for the Kensington suite and the indoor Jacuzzi tub and were quite disappointed when rust came out of the spigots such that it stained both the water and the tub itself. Needless to say, we were not able to enjoy it. We told the front desk when we checked out and they... said nothing apart from that they'd alert maintenance. I know it's their off-season, but this resort has seen better days, I think. We didn't complain when the restaurant gave us the wrong order and took 20 minutes to get us the right one; we didn't complain about the lack of front desk staff when we checked in; but, the Jacuzzi tub pushed us over the edge, and the lack of any kind of offer to make thing right was a bridge too far. I certainly wasn't expecting to be comped for the night or anything that far, but no effort was made to rectify anything. Very disappointing, overall. The grounds are beautiful, the room has a very comfortable bed, but the facilities are lacking.

Terrible stay, they overcharged me, and when I ask the front desk why, they said to contact the other department, also the room smelled like mold are present there

The lobby was beautiful but the room was disappointing. The one TV didnt work right, the one switch in the bathroom was missing. For the price there should have been a breakfast or at least something. The walk path trail adjacent to the hotel was poorly maintained and overgrown. Very overpriced and I thought I was coming to a fancy resort. Very disappointed overall.

Great stay with family - the outdoor pool was a great addition with the slide! So glad it was still open :)
