The owner is extremely friendly and well mannered. Showed me around a little bit incase i needed anything which was awesome for my first stay.

The owners were very friendly. The mattress was comfortable . There is a nice size frig & microwave. The parking was nice & safe. There is no ice maker., no coffee maker in the rooms, not even a plastic cup to drink water. No shampoo, no hair dryer, cheapest quality soap bars that break easily. 2 bath towels and 2 finger/ face towels that have seen better days. Upon arrival the frig in the room was not even plugged. Noisy road close by. The Tv streaming is unsteady. The room is very small.

The owner was quite nice and very helpful, he let me park my bike in the courtyard where I had a view of it.

We just need a stop overnight before we head to Pinnacles national Park, The location is convenient. The heater is a bit loud.

The proprietor was friendly and accommodating, waiting up for my late arrival and showing me personally to my room. The queen mattress was draped across a twin frame, apparently, so that it flopped on either side in an arc. It was difficult to sleep on.

Great people and a comfortable, pleasant room. The microwave and fridge came in handy and the ac worked really well. Plus the bed and pillows were well appointed.

Convenient and Friendly Accommodation

Almost nothing. The room was very old and had terrible furnishings. Was not cleaned well. No amenities except toilet paper and dingy towels. The vent in one of the walls would let someone look into our room from another room. Office entrance was filthy. The owner was nice enough, but the property wasn't. If it hadn't been very late at night, we would have gone elsewhere. We needed to get some rest. This property should not be available on booking.com. The reviews I based the reservation on are very inaccurate. See above.

Nice mattress in the room with firmest I liked. The room was cool and not warm, when I entered. The parking was easy and close to the room. The stair well had a good railing and solid steps for access to the second floor. Management was very helpful in getting settled and into the room , so I could relax. The shower head was a lower than my height, 6 ft. Made it harder to wash the head. Outside signage needed more lighting and some vegetation removal so sign could be spotted further down the road.

The time for check out

Not fancy or frilly just clean and convenient, easy in easy out. The owner was a nice fellow, even came over to where we had parked and offered to help us unload, thank you kind sir.

Royal Lodge in Coalinga was a pleasant surprise! The room was nicely renovated with a modern, sleek gray stone ceramic look, giving it a fresh and stylish feel. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. While the hotel itself is quiet, it's right next to a highway, so traffic noise can be pretty loud. Still, it's a great option for a comfortable and budget-friendly stopover.
