The property was clean & good location

Staff was very pleasant and effective. Made excellent recommendations for local activities and restaurants.

The next morning, we arrived at 6:30 and waited outside until 6:45, but the lodge never opened and no staff members were available. Unfortunately, we couldn’t wait any longer because we had other scheduled plans that required an early departure. We had planned our entire morning around being able to eat breakfast at the resort, so this was very disappointing. When choosing accommodations, we consider amenities like complimentary breakfast and coffee as part of the overall value. Had we known those amenities would not be available as advertised, we likely would have booked a less expensive hotel instead. We also noticed several other guests waiting for breakfast who were equally inconvenienced. Also the spa was broken too.

The property was immaculate! The cabins were clean, cute, and quiet. It was such a fun switch from the traditional hotel experience! I would absolutely stay there again!

Not a pool just a hot tub which my kids were sad about as well. Overall happy with our stay but for the price maybe just expected a bit cleaner and better maintained in the cabin itself.

We loved the log cabin feel of our room. Very clean and cozy. Staff was helpful in recommending places to eat dinner. Good location although highway noise could be a problem for some. Minimal offerings for complimentary breakfast.

So close to many of the attractions!

Breakfast was very basic. Toast, cereal, coffee. It was a different experience in a cabin. Big rain that night. Blinds didn’t reach full coverage of window. Used pillow to block the side.

Our cabin was great - very clean and perfect for a family of 5. The pool is much, much smaller than envisioned (and cold but so was the weather) and the breakfast was ok. Only downside to this stay was being charged for two nights when our stay was one night...

Convenience.

Great place! Rooms were cabins that were fun and roomy. They are separate buildings and made for a quiet and private stay. Rooms were a bit dated but very clean. Great location within walking distance of the Cody Rodeo grounds. Overall great stay! We’ll be back!

The man that checked us in was very rude. Apparently their internet was down so when we showed up at 3 to check in we couldn't. I understand that things happen but it was his demeanor and lack of concern and rudeness. He told us that we couldn't check in and to come back in an hour and it might be back up. A professional would have apologized for the inconvenience and been friendly still. Their internet specialist, who was there trying to get it back up, was the friendly one and he came out and told us that it was back up about 10 minutes later. The check-in guy should not deal with people. Even after we went back in to check-in, he was not friendly at all. The cabin was ok, just basic but clean but I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful and comfy Cabin 121 the door was very hard to unlock.

The rooms were clean and our granddaughter enjoyed the pool. The location was convenient to some local restaurants and to the rodeo, which we enjoyed tremendously.
-
Close to the cattle company and rodeo Housekeeper did not remove a box of old donuts in the bedroom drawer. A pair of shoes were also left in the room. Light bulb in bathroom was burned out, front desk did repair that. Finally in the bedroom a window blind was not wide enough for the window, approximately 4 inches on each side were open to allow the public to see inside the room.

Very clean.
-
Great stay and so close to downtown and the rodeo. Our only recommendation would be to add some protein to the breakfast like hard boiled eggs and yogurt.
-
Beautiful and cozy place

The guy at check in wasn’t real friendly. We didn’t do much because we were in a wind storm. Everything you had to walk outside to so we just went to bed.

The room was comfortable and sufficient. Continental breakfast was very sparse compared to normal offerings other places.
