Great place to stay!

Small maintenance type issues, nail pops in the drywall, very obviously bad paint touch upstairs, nothing that was bothersome to me personally. After check in, I never once saw a staff member until check out. Room was difficult to get in, had to turn the handle a certain way. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was fine, AC worked well. Breakfast had plenty of choices, eggs were ice cold though. Wasn't an amazing experience, but wasn't a terrible one either. Was just ok.

AC thermostat didn’t work so it was REALLY cold. I prefer that over too hot in the summer. Other than that it was great.

Always a wonderful place to stay

There are some positives. The location is very convenient, right off I-95, which makes it a good stop during a road trip. Breakfast was also okay—you have the basic things you need to start your morning. However, considering the price, I expected the hotel to be in much better condition. The property feels old and poorly maintained, and many small details give the impression that it needs much more attention from management. Our room had several issues. The key cards were extremely worn, and even though we were reminded to keep them away from our phones and other devices, we still had to try multiple times to open the door. The inside security lock was broken, which concerned me. The bathroom trim and doors showed significant wear, there were marks and stains on the walls, and the inside of the refrigerator was dirty. The bed itself looked clean and comfortable, so I don’t want to say that everything was bad. My disappointment is mainly with the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the room, especially considering what we paid. This hotel has a great location and could be a very convenient I-95 stop, but management really needs to give the property more care, maintenance, and attention to detail. With some repairs, deeper cleaning, and replacement of worn-out items, the experience could be much better.

Close proximity to I-95 was great. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. It was nice to have the egg and sausage as options. The bathroom needs to be repainted. There needs to be more lighting and another mirror in the bedroom area.

Easy access from Hwy Train tracks near by. Heard train at 5am

Close to restaurants. Beds were hard. Water pressure too hard and water gets scalding hot. Pillows were flat and had lumps of stuffing. Pillows could certainly use replacing. Blankets felt damp by morning from the AC and humidity within the room. Just uncomfortable overall. Front desk guy was nice and accommodating, once you found him.
