Its a good stay for a work trip staff very helpful I went and was no breakfast I guess I went too early

Location The room was disgusting. Scary. Tub was so severally stained it looked like a crime scene. Just awful.

Not enough parking area, and in very bad condition. Not enough lighting outside. The rooms are horrible! The window hnits have moled and bad odor , insects all over the place and beds are so worn out. And during the day they go into the rooms to turn the a/c off when no one is there, so when you get to the room after work the room not only does it smells it hot as an oven!! -0

Nothing ..i changed rooms two times and the two were really bad not what was described on pictures …i did not stay I did not stay it was bad

Ask for towels and never got any

Nothing. Doors were locked when i got there. Nobody answered phone. Had nowhere to sleep. Despite them being at fault, they charged me my stay. Promised me my refund & its been over 2months & they keep giving me the runaround & never gave me my money back.

Nothing was there for less than 1 hour and still have not received my refund There was not AC in the rooms I booked for and it was unhygienic. When I tried to get my refund they state it’s not eligible. Still fighting with them for receive my refund

We did not care for either. Electrician would be there Monday. Pool needed work. We would have had to buy ice for us to use for ourselves. Worker on TV said we needed to contact you. I sent message to you yesterday and am again requesting a refund. Not sure they expected us. Took some time to find registration and a possible room.

Booked it cause it said they had rooms available when getting there to try to check in the said they where having problems with drainage system when trying to get a refund they’ll reimburse the money but never did bad customer service and trashy place

NA My room was not available, office empty with no vacancy written.

No pillow cases , pillow dirty Brown stains, sink clogged a bucket under , dirty shower yellow , mold on curtain , no toilet paper , no towels , dirty sheets. Not healthy at all to sleep there ! Horrible experience

Tub stained. Toilet squirts waste water out the tub side when flushed every time. Towels stained. A/C condensation dripping on table. A/C vent clogged with lint/dirt. Neighbors slammed door at 5 am every morning. TV not hooked.

Toilet didn’t flush, shower didn’t work, no internet, RAW SEWAGE, furniture, sink holes in parking lot!….

No curtain on the shower. Blankets dirty. So definitely bad experience.

Bed very comfortable. Toilet excellent. Very clean. One of the pillows needs to be discarded and replaced as it is very hard and lumpy. Sheets were way too small for the mattress. Knobs on the AC heat broken hard to regulate. Called on staff to get extra towels. Only had one washcloth one towel and one bath mat for entire stay hope three nights and four days. Refrigerator freezer door broken so frosted over made it difficult to put freezer items in and the compressor was making all kinds of weird noises in the night on the refrigerator.

Could not stay in the last room available (#114). Requesting a FULL refund. Had to inform the front of the unsatisfactory condition or the room. The front desk agreed however could not provide another room since none was available and I had to drive to another town late at night to get another place to stay. Please refund the entire amount since I did not stay there.

Staff was not available at the time of check in. I knocked on the door and waited at the property for 30 minutes and had to look for an alternative hotel to stay.

Sketchy place. It was falling apart. Smell terrible. And they tried changing my prepaid reservation upon checking in!
