First of all the gym is unavailable can’t be used no reason behind it. The pool was closed two days during my stay , my room was not cleaned for two days in a row , brought it up to service desk nothing was done

When I left the hotel, I went downstairs to check out. After being ignored for about a minute, I told the guy at the desk that the hot water was out in the room. He didn't acknowledge me or make eye contact. He said "you stayed one night, here's your receipt" while staring at his phone and computer. He didn't say anything you would expect such as "I'm sorry to hear that" or "we'll take a look at that". Just nothing. Other than basic things like the hot water not working and receiving zero customer service, the hotel itself is below mid and overpriced place. The hallways were dirty and several of the exterior doors didn't work. I'd recommend staying elsewhere if you can but there aren't a lot of good options in this area.

The hotel was good and breakfast bar too… Only problem I had was being woken up at 9:40pm my last night there because the front desk lady needed to change the cable box.. Mind you my DND sign was on the door.. I had to be up by 4am the next day for work… I feel it was super unethical to wake up ppl to change a cable box for the Tv. I couldn’t go back to sleep afterwards..

Charged us 2 times foe the same stay. No water for more than 24 hours. I was staying as I was traveling for an interview...no water!

Complimentary breakfast, quick check in Entered property and was met by a horrible smell in the lobby that smelled like rotten boiled eggs. There were horse flies in the lobby everywhere and I immediately noticed guests walking around downstairs with large dogs that were breeds not suitable for lodging (pitbulls etc) . The room was subpar. Bathroom outdated, vanity was dusty and only provided 2 bath towels. The linen on the beds could be updated as well. The pillow cases are super thin that it almost looks as if the pillow has no case on it. Overall, gives Motel low budget quality when they could do so much better.

The location is good. The breakfast, and the staff was friendly The elevator was out of order and had to use the stairs.

We had reservations in advance of at least 3 months. When we arrived the elevator was broken and we could not stay there. There were no rooms on the lower floor. My brother in law can't climb stairs. It needed mowed pretty badly. We came over 500 miles and would have been in a serious bind had best western not had a couple of rooms.I hope they can get it together as it was a nice motel.

i cant say enough how bad this place was when i arrived. I felt like i was on a episode of cops. Staff was in some kind of pajamas and some kind of slippers. Homeless guy sitting outfront by the door.
