Didn't like anything at all dont stay here. The staff... mngr Sam is extremely rude. Hung up on me several xs.. didn't answered the phone when booking was calling the facility is dirty, right next to the freeway bad neighborhood. Smells, feces and cigarette buds in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The property was horrible and had roaches with cigarettes burns in the bed The train was loud outside all night horrible location

It was an over night stay close to the hospital. I took one of the white hand towels that was left to use for guests and wiped down the bathroom before utilitizing the toilet or shower and the hand towel came back black. That was totally disgusting, considering my bare bottom and feet would be either on the toilet seat or in the shower. I dont want to catch an ass or foot fungus from spending the night. Also I had 2 beds in my room one bed you could totally tell the cleaning person just made the bed from the last guest.. its clear when you find a sock in the sheets that the sheets werent changed prior to my arrival.

That I had to stay a night in my car b cause of check in was next day not for that day. They could of easily let me in and out in the morning but no . And they overcharge mee for. Guest. 20 dollars when I had no guest

That there was a microwave A lot about the service and room in general, there are roaches, seen on multiple days of the stay, the dumb woman upfront wanted to charge me $5 because I left my key in the room. As well as the listing lied abt a “hot tub and city view” Also watched from the car as someone walked by our room and put something in a drink that was sitting by the window. Be careful of sex trafficking.

Very dirty and I’m located first floor in my bathroom it have leak and when i take a shower play dirty water leak on me

Staff was very nice and they kept the loiterers away, There was no trash around and they kept it swept up. A few small details. The bathroom door needed to be cleaned off.

The rating on Booking was 8.0, but honestly, it makes no sense compared to what I experienced. This was nowhere near an 8.

I don’t really remember there being a breakfast. I like that the facility was in a quiet peaceful location. Rooms had two nice beds. It was clean for the most part, but I think the floor could have been mopped better. I love that the vending machines were very reasonably priced. :-) I was really disappointed in the Wi-Fi connection I ended up having to use my son’s hotspot.

It looks pretty on the outside, but it was disgusting and the owner. She was rude as if she had the best hotel price in the area and clean his room is ridiculous. How they even asked for a deposit when there is nothing that ain’t already destroyed as well as the smell outside door is disgusting before you even enter.

Staff was really rude when told the problem with my reservation. Paid for double room with 2 queen beds was given a room with one bed . Told me it was the same price . Told her I needed the 2 beds that's why I reserved it . Told me to talk to the manager who wasn't there at check out
