Room was great. Continental breakfast was outstanding. Complete stay was exceptional.

The bed was very comfortable and I slept great. Breakfast typical but needs more low-gluten options like oatmeal or rice Chex. Did have Udi bagels! I will stay again when in the area.

I reserved a room and once I got there I was told my room was given away and they were sold out.

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, and parking was not a problem. There were plenty of breakfast options. I really appreciated the step in shower. Much easier than older set ups that require stepping over the side of a tub.

The property was convenient to several restaurants within walking distance.

Love this hotel. Only thing that annoyed me was they started to charge $3 for a parking pass. I think it's a little much considering we paid $455 for 2 rooms for 1 night

Great location, clean room, and excellent staff. Everything was wonderful, and we felt extremely safe at this property during our visit to Columbia, SC. In addition, it was close to restaurants, the mall, and other places we were visiting during our trip. We will definitely stay at this location again.

My room was very nice and clean. The staff got me a portable crib for my baby.

Room was spacious. Amenities were good. Breakfast was good and lasted till 10! The only complaint I had was we kept having to ask for toilet paper.

This was a very short stay. Came in at 7:00 pm and left at 3:00 am however my room was ready, clean and quiet. I love the digital check in and key availability not having to wait at the front desk. I only saw one staff member but I don't think they saw me. I really think the carpet in the elevators need to be replaced and have LVP, tile in its place the elevators have a really unpleasant smell, and you can tell it's just trying to be covered up from the air freshener. They are small areas and I'm sure it can't cost much to replace with non-slip flooring that can be easily cleaned.

Room and facility was clean, staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The only bad thing was that ine of the elevators was out of order, hardly the hotel's fault.

Wonderful experience. Room was clean, bathroom was very roomy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and outdoor area well kept. There could have been some donuts or pastries available for breakfast, but the waffles were good.
