Showers leak

The staff was extremely friendly and professional! The facility is well maintained and modern. Parking is convenient and the lot has amole lighting.

The mints at the front desk deserve their own review. Seriously, they were the best mints I’ve ever had. Such a small detail, but they were so good that I looked forward to grabbing one every time we walked through the lobby. It’s little touches like this that make a stay memorable. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!

It was a nice place to stay in Columbus.

Every room and the facilities were clean breakfast was good

All in all a great place to stay, not a big fan of the smoking area being right outside the exit door. Have to walk through a clod of smoke to enter the building.

Superb

This is an older hotel and you can tell. Our biggest concern was how muggy the entire hotel was especially our room. We made sure the AC was on and fan was running but woke up to all our clothes being damp. Definitely some mold in the hotel. Would not recommend.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay, breakfast was plentiful, it was quiet and very clean. Friendly and polite staff.

Everything Nothing

Quiet and clean Room was very humid. AC was on to get room cooler so between the dampness and fan blowing resulted in me not sleeping well - dampness never was corrected. As a result and having sensitivity to humidity and fans blowing and environmental allergies, I’m battling a head/upper respiratory cold/issue.

All around great experience

Bathroom needed repairs and a decent cleaning. Coffee pot in room was terrible. Didn't even bother. Prefer pod pot so I can bring my own pods. Coffee is essential and very much by taste. Dirty water is not coffee. I liked the provided soaps-they were lovely. Also need to be sure to put the pet overcharge on Expedia and be up front. If I had known they were going to charge so much more for the dogs- I would have booked elsewhere.

Nice clean room and the staff was very courteous and always willing to help me.

Good location, and reasonably clean. First greeting with front desk lady, saying she has no reservation for me. After looking closer, she finally found it, but said it was listed under my first name first, and should have been my last name first. Didn’t apologize to me, just scold me on how I made my reservations. Checking us in took more time, because she forgot to give us our room keys, and she had to redo the check in process. We were the only one there, so I’m not sure why she was so confused? We were in room #211,the shower door does not do its function that it’s suppose to do. My husband took a quick shower, the water flooded out of it, so easily, we had to use all of the spare towels to clean up bathroom floor. I never did get to take my shower.
